Went to Dick’s for Phillies merch and came out with a pair of Brook’s sneakers too! Jake had A lot of knowledge when it came to the sneakers and, he was extremely helpful and very polite!

Dick's Sporting Goods in Exton is hands down my favorite location in the Philly area. The staff here is always respectful, welcoming, and genuinely helpful, making every visit a great experience. You can tell they work hard to keep the store organized and up-to-date with the latest sports seasons, which makes shopping there a breeze. The management team clearly has their thumb on the pulse, and I never have to worry about items being out of stock. As a credit card and scorecard gold member who spends thousands each year at this location, I’ve always had a positive experience. If the store continues to maintain this level of service, I’ll definitely be buying my first kid's golf set here when the day comes. I’d also like to give a huge shoutout to Anthony and Renee, who have both gone out of their way to make my shopping experience at the Exton location outstanding. They’ve consistently gone above and beyond to ensure I have everything I need, and their customer service is top-notch. I just wish other Dick's locations put the same effort into their stores as the one in Exton.

I needed new shoes Damien and Ethan were so helpful and showed me a lot of different options and helped me find my shoe size. They were very personal and made my visit more fun.

If I could put zero stars, I would.
DISCLAIMER (use the bathroom before you leave home people). There was trash, dust bunnies, and debris all over the store.
So as I'm shopping with my 12 yo niece, I have the displeasure of overhearing a conversation an associate named Owen was having. All of which was completely inappropriate for my niece to hear. I thought maybe something was wrong with him based on his appearance. Nope, just an entitled kid doing as little work as possible from what I gathered.
Haven't even mentioned the shoes I was returning. A gift for my niece, which must have been a previously purchased and returned pair. Used shoes? Dont know what happened, guys? Found no substitutes while in store. Won't be making a purchase from this company again. Just remembered I could make a review, so here she goes.

I had an upcoming camping trip I needed supplies for and JOEY was a huge help. JOEY went above and beyond and dound the bear spray he and I were told was out pf stock multiple times and online. But JOEY found one somewhere, which was awesome. JOEY also helped price check a couple things for me. And while this was going on he was also helping someone else. Thank you.

Store has fallin off. Used to be the best for all your sporting needs. Now no one helps u and not much in the store . Pretty much became a shoe sales man when I was there because no one came to help me and my daughter.
