I can’t express the professionalism and customer focused approach of this business. Ultimately the car was not repairable, but Downingtown Collision explored every option and provided expert guidance along the way. Hopefully I don’t need their services but if I need body work this would be my only stop.

Tim, the owner, is great. He goes above and beyond to accommodate and service the customer. Had my vehicle in his shop for a nasty front end collision. Tim and his guys had my car looking brand new faster than expected.

I can't attest to their repairs, as my car was totaled by my insurance company after three weeks after my accident (but I have heard good things about their work), but I want to thank Cassandra for all of her help. She not only kept me informed every step of the way about my estimate, she also was very pleasant to talk to, and made the process of dealing with my insurance company easy, and I appreciate it. I just recently had my Buick Enclave fixed at Downingtown Collision and it came out great. Cassandra at the front desk took care of contacting the insurance company and the billing. They also have cars to rent while yours is being fixed. Thanks again for everything!!!

Amazing all around - from the first call to the final pick-up, their team made me feel comfortable about the work they were going to do. They took the lead with the insurance company to make sure everything was handled quickly and professionally.
Highly recommend them for any accident repair. My EV looks like it just rolled off the showroom floor.

I don't generally take the time to write google reviews, but when you receive the kind of outstanding, "go the extra mile," detail oriented service that Tim & his team deliver, you are compelled to share it. Let's face it, no one is happy about having to take their car to the body shop, but this team makes it so painless - they take the headache out of it and put a smile on your face while they're at it. If it's possible that a body shop can "excite and delight," this place nails it...and I should know, since for better or worse, I've had to take our various cars there on multiple occasions over the years! On my most recent visit my car came back not just fully restored but fully detailed - I felt like I was driving a brand new car!! They even took care of getting my inspection done which was being held up by the body damage on the car. It's extremely rare to find this kind of personable customer care anymore. Thanks guys, you're always so good to me!
