Every experience I’ve had with DTOWN Collision has been fantastic. They are so honest and their work is high quality. One time I had them look at a very minor bumper issue and they had someone come out of the garage and fix the problem immediately and wouldn’t take any money for it.

Cassandra and the team were AMAZING! We brought our car there for repairs after being in a minor accident. They helped us navigate through the entire process and dealt with the other party's insurance. They took very good care of us from the beginning to the end. Very good experience and would definitely recommend Downingtown Collision!

This place is a God Send. Tim and Cassandra are amazing and extremely knowledgeable. The customer service and personalized treatment is top notch! They treat you as if you are their only customer. My insurance company drug their feet and were unbearable to work with. Cassandra did not stop until we got the ball rolling with the insurance company. Everyone needs a Tim and Cassandra in their lives.

I have know Tim for about 6 years. My father in law was at Downingtown Collison every month until we took his driver's license. I have used them 3 times myself. A++ Service.. They do a great work and I highly recommend their services.

I sideswiped my 2019 RAV a few weeks ago and being a recent transplant to PA , I had no idea where to go. I checked Nextdoor and reviewed several businesses from satisfied customers. Downingtown Collision stood out so I took my auto there. They immediately contacted my insurance so I could make s claim, arranged for a rental while repair was made and kept in touch till completed. I now have s beautiful car looking like it just rolled out of the showroom! Many thanks for a super job!!!!

I stopped by Downingtown Collision with a simple question, but the owner, Tim, had a horrible attitude right from the start. The next day, I called, and the little miss lady they have working the phones purposely ignored me and wouldn’t answer. Lol — what a joke.

I hit a BIG raccoon on RT30 and messed up my car. A good friend recommended Downingtown Collision. They took great care of me and my car, working with the insurance, car rental, everything. They made it so easy. Also, the work done was quick, and turned out beautifully. They even detailed my interior. My 10 year old car looks brand new again. Thank you!!!

I recently had my car repaired at Downingtown Collision, and I am extremely happy with the result. They did an excellent job restoring my car to its pre-accident condition with perfect paint matching and meticulous attention to detail. Cassandra and Tim were very professional and kept me updated throughout the process. Cassandra especially was so knowledgeable and helpful, and her advice made the situation so much easier than I imagined it would be. I would highly recommend Downingtown Collision to anyone needing collision repair.

If anyone is looking for a stellar business, that out performs all the rest, this would be the company you want to take care of your cars repairs and bodywork needs!
This will be our 6th? time using Downingtown collision for our five children and ourselves over the years. From fender benders (our mistake) to oops accidents from others, this team is unparalleled. Staff is over the top accommodating, where it's not even a question when it's time for something as stressful as a bodywork repair to be done. This is who we go to.
Great communication, excellent work, support, staff, phenomenal, and best part of all is when the car is returned to us it's in cleaner condition than it was when we purchased it. Thanks once again for a fantastic impression
