Hands down the very best experience. Who knew customer service could be like this in the storage business! We were struggling to find a place to store our incoming RV. We called Extra Space in Downingtown and they unfortunately didn’t have anything at the time. So the woman that took our call promptly started searching around and found a spot in the Coatesville location. When I was connected with the Coatesville location the kind gentleman, Jason, informed me that he had literally just given up the last spot. No one‘s fault! So Jason then put an email out to everyone in the local area that we were looking for a space. A day later we got a call from Jim, ironically at the Downingtown location. They had just had a vacancy. He held the spot for me for a day so I could get down there to view it and make sure our RV would fit. He took me for a tour of the facility in his golf cart explained all the terms in patient detail. Between Jim and the other office manager on site, we had a good time, laughing and joking about family camping. Just an absolutely wonderful experience with Extra Space.

Ben was courteous, kind, friendly, knowledgeable, and answered all our questions, we had about the storage unit we were going to rent. This is the first time my husband and I have rented from a storage place and we researched and read reviews from all storage places in the area where we were moving to and we decided to go with Extra Space Storage because of where it was located and pricing and units available and then when we got there and spoke to Ben, that was our decision that this was the place for us to use for our storage. Keep up the good work Extra Space Storage and again I can’t say enough about Ben how helpful he was to us and I had so many questions because it was our first time of renting a storage unit. He was so patient, and kind and answered every single question we had with detail, taking the time for us. I recommend them highly. Great job Ben!!!
