“I love the nurse practitioner. She is terrific. What I don’t like is some of their policies. I was there 2 weeks ago and now I need a form filled out with my height, weight and blood pressure. I have never had a blood pressure issue. They refused to fill out the form without me returning. Ridiculous! I was just there. It is certainly so I can be charged. Very maddening!”
