The prices are not as advertised and the employees won’t help you when somethings wrong. Better off just not trying if you don’t feel like having problems and paying more than advertised. As a company if you make a mistake it’s your job to fix. After i pointed out the problem not only would they not fix it for me but they left the incorrect pricing on the shelf.

I walked in right behind a Caucasian woman on 8/01/2024 and she was greeted with hi welcome to 5 below by the gentleman up front time 130 as I write not sure if was a manager but I was not greeted but of course being black I was asked if I needed help finding something stereotypical sad!!!! Last time shopping at this location and I'm sure I'm not the only one maybe others ain't speak up ashamed you can't shop in peace nor get greeted like a regular shopper

This is closer to the Downingtown area on the Lancaster Ave in a huge shopping mall that has Wegmans, Best Buy, and Bjs. There is plenty of shared parking available here. As you enter the shop, you will see gift wrapping sheets on your left and check out counters to the right. Then you will see seasonal items, small electronic items, toys, sugar ush area having chocolate and candies. Then, the style area has the bracelet, necklace, girls' items , theb it leads you to the sports section where you have the balls, etc, inside several bins. There is a five beyond area that contains a lot of tech items. If you are looking to get gift items or are looking to get something that you are in need, this is a place to shop. The staff is friendly to assist you and good service. The price point is mostly five below and good value to your money. Worth visiting contains huge variety !!!
