Tremendous waste of time. These crappy companies want you to get their credit are but don’t take electronic payments in 2022. Wasted an hour to find this out. I wish Amazon sold lumber
Don’t rent anything from here. They won’t pick up they rent malfunctioning equipment and there’s the worst automated answering thing that will not get you to a person. Home Depot needs to close this store wish I could give a half star.

Customer service was very rude when I went to pick up a couple orders. The lady who helped me just looked at me after she got off the phone, and had this expression the whole time like I was a big inconvenience for her.
She also had a thick accent, and when I misunderstood her she made it clear she was annoyed.
Pretty unhappy with the whole experience.

This is the absolute worst Home Depot I have ever experienced. The staff doesn’t know where things are. They recommend the wrong things. They had the wrong items delivered that I ordered. They are the absolute worst. Go to Lowe’s, which is nearby or go to the Home Depot in Malvern. HORRIBLE

Totally unrelated to their shop (I love Home Depot and their endless options) BUT a review is warranted strictly for the experience ordering a moving truck. Canceled on my fiancé with same day notice for picking up a truck rental (with no offered alternatives) mere hours before our appointment time. Couldnt get another truck big enough elsewhere and had to arrange to push back our move date after taking off work and arranging help with the move . Would never try to rent from this location again. ?♀️

Horrible customer experience!!! Please be careful when renting anything from this place. I rented a ladder on 3/09 for 4 hours and returned it promptly the same day within the time slot. Guess what? On 3/22, I was charged $438 on my credit card for the ladder not being returned. I went to the store the same day and found that they had closed a different person's contract instead of mine. Long story short, I had to make three additional trips to the center and discuss multiple times with the team and managers to get my refund back. I understand that mistakes happen sometimes; however, I was not expecting this level of carelessness and horrible customer experience from the team in sorting out the issue. Moreover, there were no apologies whatsoever; the whole episode felt like there was an issue from my side and they were trying to help me.

The staff was so nice and helpful! I came in to build a swing and the worker Jen helped me with everything, including cutting wood, which was such a blessing! She was so sweet and happy to help, it really made my night.

I came to return mower battery and buy brand new riding mower . Gillian is so sweet and helpful . She is so calm and patience though I’m judging between my old and new phone numbers to locate my old receipt . Home Depot’s at Downingtown are getting high customer satisfaction because of such wonderful and sweet persons like Gillian . Good job Gillian

You seriously have to get Tap to pay so many times I’m at the register without my card and my phone would do the job but you’re the only place on the planet it seems that doesn’t do that

Stopped in for a quick item right before the store close. Cashier TJ assisted in getting the right item code for me. His positive attitude is contagious and was super helpful to the family infront of me as well.

This location plain suck. I've met one nice and knowledgeable employee in Electrical. Beyond that, nobody to be found anywhere. Smaller selection than Lowes. Sometimes slightly cheaper but that doesn't offset a limited selection.
