I wish that I could give you 0stars. I took a drug test, had to wait for over an hour and a half, I got my paper showing that I took the drug test from them, yet they are now saying that they have no record of me having ever been there to take a drug test.This has held up a potential job opportunity for me.

Quick and friendly service. The facility was clean. I went early am for routine bloodwork.

The old lady was horrible. Doesn't know how to to talk she needs another job. The young lady was very nice and friendly.

If I could rate Labcorp a 1 only because there is no zero. For days I tried to make an appointment by both calling and using the website. Noone ever answers the phone. There is no applicable options to choose to make appropriate tment via phone and the website is total trash

lady was rude, treated me like i was illiterate. Maybe change your system or something stating you don’t do drug panels. Papers everywhere nobody will read, dumb. Not my first time getting a drug panel for school. I go wherever they need me to go and send me.

I have anxiety and get worried about getting blood drawn. All 3 ladies there were incredible and helpful.
Just updating my review as I went back again and had another amazing experience. The staff is wonderful and helps with my anxiety. Also, I’ve never had to wait long, even without an appointment and at a busy hour. I will never go to any other location for labs!!!!!

I have never seen anyone in my life take my blood as quickly and smoothly as Josephine. Didn't have a wait came at a good time. All ladies were very friendly

I like many are anxiety ridden when it comes to blood draws. The ladies here today seriously made the blood draw flow! Quite the efficient team as I was out of there in less than 20 minutes. I recommend going early with an appointment. 💉🩸

This is a really busy place but Josephine and her team mate worked together to move people through a quickly. Josephine was the best! Didn't even feel a prick when I had my blood drawn. It was truly painless. Thank you!

Josephine and the other technician were wonderful...long wait as a walkin but they were kind and accommodating. Josephine also taught me a breathing trick while getting blood taken ...first time ever I didn't get light headed when getting blood drawn. Thank you ??

For not having an appointment but I was in and out in 20 minutes! Tina was so nice and efficient. Wouldn’t mind going back here in the future.
Would’ve given 5 stars but had to find out that occupational drug testing only takes place between 10a-2p by showing up for testing when they opened and had to come back.

I had a 10:45 appointment, by the time I checked in and went to sit down, I was called back in less than FIVE MINUTES. Tina did my lab work and was excellent. I have very tiny veins and with past experiences at other labs, hospitals etc. they have always had a hard time going from my right arm, to my left and even very bad bruising. Tina had no problem at all and I have NO BRUISING at all!!!

The individuals working at labcorp do not get enough credit for the work they do! The women working today were so organized, efficient and professional. I was a walk in and didn’t have high expectations that I’d be in and out (because you have to expect a longer wait when not making an appointment) but it only took about an hour. In that time I was able to see their system and process of getting patients done in a timely manner. I only saw two workers the whole time and they were go go go the entire time. Before writing a negative review, we should be human and see that these individuals are working as hard as humanely possible. I didn’t catch her name but the woman who did my blood work today was very kind and after having a previous experience of passing out giving blood she coached me through the process and was kind and compassionate. Thank you to the two heroes I met working at the labcorp in Downingtown today. Despite the negative reviews outlining things out of your control you guys are rockstars!
