Marilyn was very friendly and communicated throughout the entire process. I appreciated having a full summary of the technician's analysis text to me with the ability to approve/decline any of the recommendations. All work was completed in a timely manner and the pricing was competitive.

Great service, very knowledgeable. I use to go to a local dealership for service but made the switch to this local shop. I scheduled an oil change first thing in the morning so I could wait for it. No problems and they also did a multi point vehicle inspection and found out my battery was about to die! Good to find out then and got in and out in 1 hour. Maclane’s is the best! He is thorough and honest. The system of communication they have in place is streamlined and no nonsense. The customer service was excellent. From start to finish, it’s the best mechanic experience in the Philadelphia area. Highly recommend!

This was my first time taking my car here as my long time mechanic Will Black recently joined their team. Service before the appointment was great. Reminder texts were helpful. Loved the lock box to pick the car up after hours. A great overall experience! Highly recommend.
