Made an appointment to get my inspection done and because I didn't sit there and wait, they put other walk-in vehicles ahead of mine. Was only gone 45 min and came back expecting it to be nearly done only to find it hasn't been touched. Why offer appointments? If I've gone through the trouble to make an appointment, shouldn't my appointment be honored? Do yourself a favor and walk-in, apparently you'll get faster service. Next year I'll look for a place that honors their commitment.

I had a great experience at the Thorndale location. I was there for a while and the manager Dylan was nothing but pleasant. Not only with me, but with every interaction I witnessed.

AMAZING! Let me tell you a family of six! Heading back from vacation after a long sleepless night due to a flight delay. Philadelphia airport to Lancaster, stranded on the highway and extremely stressed. Dylan got us in instantly, helped get a towing company to transport vehicle and worked with us for four hours to find needed part. FIVE STARTS ACROSS THE BOARD! Excellent communication, customer services and fast quality work! Thank you guys!!!!! MVP for sure 🏆. We were able to get back on the road same day!

I’ve been taking my car to Midas Thorndale for years and have always had great service. Today they helped with what I thought was a flat tire issue, but turned out to be a faulty sensor. Fernando explained the situation to me and what to do in the coming days/weeks should the light come on again.

I had a death in the family which led to missing my appointment for an inspection. I was scrambling to find a place to take me last minute before we left for vacation the next day (awful timing, I know). Luke at Midas was suggested to me on my community page and not only did he respond right away when I reached out to him that evening, but he was able to get me in early the next morning. He had me in and out in less than an hour and with incredibly friendly service. In the waiting room, you could tell he is well-liked and respected as he conversed with his regulars.
This place is 20 minutes from my house but I’d gladly make the trip back. I had a wonderful experience and I cannot thank them enough for how much they helped me during a really difficult week and with a tight window.
Note: When I put the address he gave me for the shop into Google maps it took me to a random gas station 15 minutes PAST the Midas. Either use Apple Maps with the Midas address or make sure you type in the actual company name when searching this location on Google Maps. Luke did tell me that he is working on fixing this issue with Google.

Midas for the win. Luke, Randy and one other gentleman saved my day. I had an appointment with Firestone for 2 tires, alignment and oil change today. They weren't able to complete the alignment and asked me to go to Midas and ask for Luke. Upon arriving at Midas, Randy was pulling my car into the shop and the oil light came on. He immediately checked and no oil on the dip stick. Firestone never put oil back in my car that I was driving back to Virginia. I would have never made it. Before I could even have a meltdown Luke was on the phone calling Firestone. Thank you for all of your help today. I simply can't say enough good things about how well they treated me today at Midas.

I took my car in for inspection. I got a call later in the day saying that it failed & needed new wipers, struts and an oil pan gasket. Funny thing is, my husband is a mechanic & literally just replaced the wipers & struts. When the guy from Midas called & was telling me all the stuff I needed , his tone completely changed when I told him that he could relay all that info to my husband. It surely seemed as if they were trying to take advantage of me being a female because we took the car to a different shop the next day and it passed with no issues whatsoever.

Brought my car in for inspection 1500$ of work done. 3 days later check engine light on and 400$ worth of work later I get my car back.
