customer service guy was amazing! Called about a small stump removal and he actually referred me to 2 other companies he felt might be more suited to my needs. Answered my questions and gave me additional information to be aware of when selecting my service provider. High class, hope to utilize this company for larger tree removal needs!

Just had on top out to cut down a super dead tree!! They were awesome—came same day on a weekend for a quote, gave us the lowest estimate, and were here within the week to help us out. The guys were fast, thorough, and even helpful with future advice on what to do next (with the stump, etc). Cleanup was amazing—11/10. Couldn’t have had a better experience!!!

We have used On Top Tree Services for at least five years now for both planned and unplanned needs. Matt is always responsive with providing a quote at a very fair price, starting the work when he says he will and makes sure we are happy with the work at the end. When we had a tree come down during a storm, Matt came out the next day and did some temporary work to clear our driveway before coming back later to finish the job. Matt has also provided suggestions for long term tree management, and he has not steered us wrong. We highly recommend Matt and his team.

Had a tree come down and crash through my roof. Thankfully, Matt answered the phone shortly after it happened and came right out on a rainy Sunday evening. His team got things mostly under control that night with trimming and tarping. On Monday he brought in equipment and slowly picked the tree out of our upstairs bedroom. By Monday afternoon it was all sawed up and in his truck. We appreciated the quick response, professional manner, and good work.Service: Tree removal

Matt and his crew did a great job. They cut and removed 4 large trees. Left yard very clean. They were careful with my plants and hard scape. And they even did more than requested. I just moved to downingtown and needed someone to remove about 5 trees that was blocking most of the sunlight to my house, along with overgrown vegetation that’s causing the house feeling very damp. I didn’t know anyone as I just moved here, so I googled for tree removal service and find on top tree services, after reading the reviews I decided to give them a call to get a quote, Matt came out couple hours later and gave us a quote which we find it to be very reasonable, so we booked for the following Monday to get it done. Since google review helped me find these great people, I feel the need to write a review for those who are also looking for someone for their tree service. Matt and his team are very professional and friendly, on time and took good care of my property while taking down these big trees, I couldn’t be happier with their service. We are very happy with the work that On Top did for us. We had eight large trees that were too close to the house. Matt met me Saturday morning to look at the trees and gave me a price on the spot. The cost was very reasonable so we booked the work that day. We had two other projects going on, new windows and a driveway. Matt worked with us on the schedule to avoid interfering with the other contractors and came out two days later to start the work. Extremely courteous, friendly and professional. They made sure to keep the lawn undamaged and clean. We couldn’t be happier with the service and will use them for all of our tree needs in the future. Thanks Matt and crew!

Matt was responsive and easy to work with. His crew removed two large trees from our property and took on extra work without hesitation, all at a very reasonable price.
