Dr. Leib was thorough, insightful, and had a great bedside manner. I felt informed about the diagnostic process and I felt like I understood my course of treatments beginning to end.The nurses and office staff were also very professional and courteous.

Very bad experience. The Patient First, Downingtown is very extortionist in dealing with patients. There are two ways of extortion that I have noted out of my interactions with them.1. The Medicaid recipients are being charged as office visit Co-pay of $45.00. Usually Medicaid recipients are not charged that amount. They have sent a bill for that amount to me even though I have asked them in advance whether I have to pay anything from my own pocket despite that my child had two insurances I e. Employer's insurance and Medicaid. They confirmed that there would not be any out of pocket payment. But now they are sending me bills despite the two insurances for which cards were given two them.2. They persuaded me to buy medicine from them by saying that they had received calls from my pharmacy that they do not have the medicine I need. But that was a lie just to trick you to buy medicine from them at higher prices than to buy from the pharmacy.I alert the patients to be careful and do not be fooled by them, please.

Everything about the visit was amazing. I left my house, drove to patient first, saw a doctor, got my prescriptions and returned to home, all within an hour.

I never had a better experience! Easy to register, receptionist friendly, private area, quick response, quick vitals and blood taken, without discomfort. Dr.was listening and looking for best results for my personnel systems and age and history. I was also impress with phone charger, clealiness, privacy, positive posters to inform you of their willing to make you comfortable. Only disappointment was not having the machines I needed. So have to wait for Dr.appt. (who was called first but not open) or EMERGENCY Room for equipment needed for diagnose.

Amazing staff. Everyone was very professional but also welcoming. I didn’t feel like I was bothering them by just being there like I have at other urgent cares I have been to.

Patient First in Downingtown near the Home Depot is the BEST urgent care around. They are fast, respectful, professional, and the facility is clean. I recommend them to anyone.

If you don’t have insurance and you want them to be your primary don’t bother! Worst experience I have ever had! The only good thing was the gentleman that took our info. I could hear the person he was asking questions to was very unprofessional! We could hear her talking about us !

Still trying to bill us for a service from 2/26/2022 where they allowed my husband to be seen and our EOB states the Provider is not TRICARE authorized. Requested provider certification information not received. Tricare said we are not to pay you because you failed to submit required paperwork required for the credentialing process. The amount we owe is $0.00 and Tricare's allowed amount is $0.00. You had 90 days to request a review which you failed to also do. You cannot legally bill us per our insurance per a phone call with Tricare on 10/24/2022 which Patient First was made aware of. We haven't heard from them regarding this in over a year, and we received another statement dated 1/9/2024.AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COSTS.

I was there yesterday as I felt extremely sick I thought I had the flu and was tested even though my test results said negative and I still felt horrible the P.A Joesph Lopez treated me with the upmost respect and had the nurses check my blood, give me fluids and medicine to help my nausea. They made sure I was taken care of before I left the facility. From the moment I walked in and was registered and the wonderful nurse who took my vitals and took care of me to the wonderful lab ladies i felt like I was in great hands and made the right decision to come in. I will definitely come back to this urgent care if I need services again!Couldn’t give a negative review if I wanted to they were all amazing!! I highly recommend this place to everyone!
