The entire experience was top notch! I called, got an appointment the next day, and the communication was excellent. Christian was friendly, professional, and checked and double-checked the disposal installation to make sure it was exactly right! This was our first experience with Precision and we will definitely call again!

Precision Contracting Services helped us transform our dated and failing stucco house into our beautiful home with Hardy siding and new Sierra Pacific windows. Mike's proposal was very detailed in both scope of the project as well as the materials to be used. The Precision project management team and crew were very professional, and extremely capable when faced with several curve balls over the course of the project. They were upfront with any change orders, and kept costs contained within our budget. I would highly recommend Precision Contracting Services!

I'm completely thrilled with the work Precision Contracting did for me! I have an older home and they helped restore my chimney and repointed the windows and exterior. They were knowledgeable and helpful throughout the project - I felt like they had my best interest at heart. I would hire them again and hope to use them again this Spring!!

I had a very difficult time with this contractor. The sales person Mike did not know what he was talking about. Every time there was an issue, I had little to no response. I started to deal with the subs because they were good and they were helpful. The subs also knew what was going on with the project. The foreman didn't know what was going on. They screwed up my electrical more times than I wanted to count. The person from Precision who reinstalled the electrical bent the electrical wire creating a short. The outside overhead lights don't work. I did not check them because I didn't use them in the summer. I emailed the owner and never got a response. He called to get the work but never called when there was an issue. I tried to put up this review on Angi's list and through a third party survey. Neither made it to Google. I would not recommend them.Service: Exterior finishing

The subs doing the work were good. They did take out my freezer three times. I had to throw away a lot of food. The final touch up work was bad. They lead was not very responsive even when I called him to ask what they did to knock out my AC on the hottest day. No response. The sales person was not knowledgeable at all and very pushy. I had a private survey ask for a rating and it was never posted. Don’t get fooled by their 5 star rating

Mike Hyon, the owner, gave us wonderful service. From the moment we were in contact he was not only extremely professional but he truly helped me navigate this process. He put me in touch with a surveyor who was independent which then allowed me to take this project out to tender. Precision Contracting were not just competitive on price but I felt I could trust them with this large project. His team were all very professional and friendly and took care with our home as though it were their own! Covid gave us a slight hiccup but the project only overran by a few weeks.
We have just sold our home and were confident that we could take what had been a substandard home to the market and recoup our losses.
So a big thanks to Mike and his team, I couldn’t recommend them more highly.

Called to ask about getting a quote for some window refraining. Person I spoke to was very nice and requested pictures of the windows in question, which I sent immediately. They didn't bother to get back to me. How unprofessional! Even if they didn't want the job, they should have contacted me. Who knows, I might have future projects that they would want to take on. Will strike them off my list.UPDATE! Apparently, this is not the company I spoke to about repairing our windows. It is, however, the company I called and left a detailed message on their machine asking them to get back to me. They did not bother to return my call. So, not as bad as my original review made out, but not great re customer service, either.

Our job was pretty extensive, Hardie siding, new windows and doors, a new Timber Tech deck and all new gutters. All the work was completed on schedule once the materials became available. I've recommended them to everyone I know.Service: Window installation

We were so pleased with our experience with Precision. Not only is the quality of work outstanding and something that they stand behind for years to come, but the communication during the construction was fabulous. If there was ever a question or a concern, it was handled immediately. We are thrilled with the outcome and have had many people comment on our beautiful our home looks. We were thrilled to see our vision come to life but even happier knowing it was done right and will last the test of time. We can not recommend Precision enough-they were incredible!

We loved Precision Contracting Services in Downingtown, PA. We had a leak on Christmas Eve and another one on Christmas Day morning of 2020. We had significant work on with 2 different projects in that area within the previous 6 months. Both contractors came out to look at it, and we were expecting them to get back to us with a solution. On a whim, I contacted Precision Contracting because they were working a couple houses down from us. They were out within a week. Mike, the owner, showed us what he thought was wrong, showed us what the standard is, and showed us what he would do to keep water from penetrating our home. We waited about 2 weeks for his very detailed proposal, with pricing broken down, and with photo explanations of the work they would do. We still had heard no word from the other contractors about what to do for our leak.We had significant work done on our home and deck in 2019. We signed the contract with Precision in 2021 to do a huge amount of work which included: replacing the 2 year old sloppy stonework, stucco replaced with Hardie Board, deck roof extended, window and doorway overhangs built, windows reset and insulated to better protect from water damage, under deck skirting, and additional stonework.Each and every crew member was wonderful. They were polite, tidy, and did outstanding work. Our property was cleaned up and swept every single day. Unlike my neighbors contractors, whose trash frequently ended up in my driveway, Precision workers cleaned up after themselves. We felt completely comfortable and at ease with each crew member. Any issue we had was addressed quickly and fully. Their communication is outstanding which is really, from our previous experience, unheard of in the contracting field. They combine technology with construction to run an efficient and productive company.The house feels so much sturdier and solid now. The temperature inside is better controlled. Their work is top notch, and goes above the industry standard of what needs to be done. We wish we found Precision Contracting years ago!As for the poor reviews they have, use your common sense and read them. Anyone that won’t back their review with a comment and real documentation means their rating is worthless.Choose Precision Contracting Services in Downingtown, PA and you will be choosing the best quality contracting out there.Service: Remodelling

The company and crew are fabulous. They respond to every question, need and concern, and they have an extremely high standard of work. Precision helped us fix work done incorrectly by another contractor and they will be the first company we call should the need arise again. We cannot recommend Precision Contracting enough.
