Sorry the store is closing, retail employees there are so kind, the pharmacy on the other hand...i have never seen such bitchy, crabby, miserable, unprofessional people before. Im glad to see the pharmacy gone. No more holding for hours on end on the telephone and no more being ignored at the counter. I hope their next endeavor is out of the public eye,not sad to see you go!! But i will miss the store cashiers and folks that fill the aisles. Good luck to you!!

I would give 0 star if allowed.
I recently moved to the area and I thought I will assign Rite Aid as my preferred pharmacy. But, I changed my mind immediately after the first visit. The pharmacist was very rude throughout. It was really unbelievable. I've encountered rude people before, but this was unexpected from a healthcare professional. I didn't stop to get the name of the pharmacist. It was an old lady.
I will not step into this Rite Aid location ever again.

I really wanted to continue to support Rite Aid but no one in the pharmacy ever answers the phone. You don't get an option of leaving a message either. You shouldn't have to drive to the store to speak to someone in the pharmacy!

Went to get flu vaccine and was told I needed an appointment. Not a soul in the store. Went to CVS. Got vaccine there.

Great pharmacy staff. The app is buggy, but it's forgivable for the level of service you receive. I think that one of the staff members at the pharmacy is a bit rude, but all in all, it's a good store.

I really like this Rite Aid. The people are so nice. The pharmacy has wonderful staff as well. I’m on a first name basis and that means so much to me. And I would like to add they are also very helpful when I need help. Thanks for being such a wonderful Rite Aid, Erika Miller

TL;DR - Best pharmacy staff I've met in years ; friendly, curteous, professional and genuinley a pleasure to talk to.
Longer Version - I've needed medication since a serious accident nearly 10 years ago. This - unfortunately, meant my work and my life were beholden to whichever pharmacy my Rx was sent to.
The Rite Aid in Lionville unfortunately closed it's doors which left me with a huge quandary: what other pharmacy in the are could fill the gap?
Anyone that's used the CVS in Exton knows what I mean ; slow, erroneous and outright impossible to deal with in anything approaching a timely fashion - especially after the former Pharm.Manager left
Fortunately- I had remembered about this location from the Pandemic (got my vaccine here) and I am *SO* glad I did.
The folks working the pharmacy at this location are nothing short of spectacular. They show genuine interest in making sure their patients are supplied in a timely and professional manner, while putting forth a genial demeanor which is a rare site in any form of retail these days.
I will be using this store exclusively here on out as location/drive time - to me at least, are always second to reliability, professionalism and hospitality.

Absolutely...... It was one of the worst pharmacies you could ever go to get your medicine. The staff change on a regular basis, so you can never get someone that you can trust. They have screwed up my wife's prescriptions on a regular basis. I can't wait to see every single ride aid close.

Why do they say the pharmacy is open until 9 pm, but half an hour straight can’t answer the phone? Certain things require a call.It’s been an hour and no pick up. Not really sure what’s up? Do you have specific phone hours?

The pharmacy is in a small strip mall and has plenty of parking. The place is kept very clean and check out staff is friendly. Always greeting and engaging good conversations on purchases. Coming to the pharmacy, there were delays sometimes, but mostly, the prescriptions are filled on time, and they have in stock. Good place to get the flu shots.
