Ive never dealt with a company, especially a motorcycle service/racing company, that goes so far out of their way to get you exactly what YOU need. They are instantly free with information you would not find anywhere else, not waiting for you to spend money first. I would not go anywhere else.

Best place I ever had my bike serviced they take the time to go over my bike above and beyond. My first ride after upgrading my suspension was amazing. It felt like a whole different bike. I’ll never take my bike anywhere else.

I’ve been using Solid since 2017, and I will continue to use them. Evan, Brandon and their suspension team are second to none. Set up is on point or just a click or two away. From the onset I could tell this was going to be a great experience. Started with talking Brandon at the 23 KTM rally in Page, AZ. Decided to move forward with Solid Performance and couldn't be happier with the results. From the first phone call to set up shipping (they sent me a box, awesome) and then the consultation call regarding the set up. I really felt like I was asking the world of them, but they didn't bat an eyelash at my requests. I had my suspension back in short order, just over a week after sending it out. It was dialed in. Very good. My 23 890r is most excellent now. Thank you Brandon ,Alex and the whole Solid Performance team.

The knowledge and professionalism in this organization is top notch. The made sure they took the time to figure out what I wanted from my bike and made the appropriate changes. They took the time on delivery to walk me thru what to do with the bike and how to make my own adjustments and even followed up a few days later to see how everything was going. Top Notch Folks.

I’ve been using Solid Performance for years. I was recommended to this shop by a professional rider that trusts them, and have been blown away by their customer support, knowledge and high standards.
Evan and Brandon’s team in the suspension shop are top notch. I’ve had WP pro components the past 5 years and have never had a single issue with their service. They keep me up to date with the latest parts and always pick up the phone if I have a question about settings.
Kevin and the sales team have great deals, and are willing to work with anyone from first time riders to seasoned professionals.
Justin and the parts team are also exceptional. They have the best OEM and aftermarket inventory in the Northeast region. If they don’t have something in stock, they will order it for you.
