The customer service at this bank, Thorndale and lionville locations has gone steadily downhill over the past 5 years. The drive up person at thorndale is rude (argumentative and has poor attitude) and slow. Today I waited inside bank for 15 minutes while line got longer and longer. I gave up and went to drive thru (I was the only customer there)I waited 10 minutes for a simple deposit and had the worst customer service experience- she’s behaved this way in the past. At lionville branch they shorted my deposit twice

Bank randomly froze my account for no reason, went into the branch and they were no help. Definitely switching banks. Terrible service.

Only one person working takes too long to attend, I waited 2 and a half hours for only 2 people to attend to me, and they did not solve my problem either.

Very bad service, there are only two people serving and a line of 15. 20 waiting, among them an adult who is very late.

Was there a few weeks ago with a handful of change, less than $5.00 worth, and maybe 20 cents in pennies. Teller was annoyed and never smiled. There wasn't a line or anything, she was just kind of rude. Two of the coins were Pesos, and another two were French. I asked her if she could convert those, and she said no. I have an account at this bank and read the website before i went in, and it says on the website that they can convert currency - so she just didn't feel like working. If you are getting paid to do a job, you should do your job.

I had a problem with my checking account, laura the assistant store manager , cleared it all up in a matter of minutes, she was friendly and extremely efficient, I recommend folk to use this TD bank branch
