Went in today for a problem and to look at a new phone. Jack Humphreys was amazing. Not only did he help with the problem, but he also helped me take care of getting a new phone and a iwatch. I am not technically savvy, but he was patient and kind as he explained everything to me. Definitely would recommend this establishment and Jack for customer service. It beats out all the other local Verizon’s that we’ve been to in my opinion.

Jack at R was very helpful and patient in getting an issue resolved, worked with me on a resolution, and went the extra mile to make sure I was happy when leaving. In the future I would just go back to him vs trying to deal with anyone online. Thank you Jack!

My family and I had an incredible experience at this location and received wonderful service from Daryl! Up until yesterday we were with AT&T for 15+ years, back when it was Cingular so changing providers was a big deal and can be stressful. Daryl took his time to really explain everything(especially to my mom) and went above and beyond to help not only us but also other customers and his co-worker. in the midst of the chaos he remained calm, and if he was overwhelmed or frustrated we didn’t see it. Verizon should be very proud and appreciative to have someone like Daryl working for them. Thank you Daryl!

Daryl is our go-to cell phone guy! He is so so friendly and knowledgeable and easy to work with. He is always happy to help with upgrades and teaching us the new features. We have had seamless service since we’ve been going there over the last few years and are loyal customers to this store. I even brought my mother who lives in Florida to him when she needed an upgrade because I trust him. Every customer is treated with respect and it’s always been a pleasant and fun experience.

Went due to broken phone, Daryl was extremely helpful and professional. Didn't try overselling me any product. Walked me through transferring contacts & photos from the old phone that you couldn't see anymore due to the cracked screen. Highly recommend this store and his team.

I had to quickly set up my Galaxy Flip 4 replacement phone. I was in a hurry for an upcoming trip the very next morning. The staff was incredible. I had no trouble getting my cell up and running quickly and correctly. All of my stuff was transferred to new cell seamlessly with their knowledgeable aid. I'd go there from now on for my cell phone needs. I used to go to the Verizon store in Downingtown, but not anymore. This store is way better, nicer, friendlier and definitely more helpful.

Quick and the most complete service I have ever received from any Verizon transaction after over 15+ years. Aidan was able to fully take care of our issue and then took the extra time to ensure that the fix held over the next 15-20 minutes in case it reverted to original setting.
