If you but a new vacuum and use it at home they will NOT allow you to return it. This info. Is buried in the return policy and there is no sign about it in the store.

Bought a vacuum with a defective attachment, called 3 times to get it replaced, all 3 times I was told it would be replaced. It never happened. They do not back the products they sell.

Came in knowing what I wanted (Sebo Felix). I was immediately greeted and offered a trial with their floor model. The transaction was quick (including informing me about warranties). They even helped me load it into my car. Great customer service overall.

These folks know their stuff. I was looking for a vacuum with very high dust sequestration ability and came away with a Sebo K3. I'm already doing better with my dust allergies.

These guys were great and I enjoyed their thoroughness in making sure I got the right vacuum. Had a nice conversation with Bob on the phone and drove over an hour to pick up my new vacuum. Highly recommend, they are a small business we should all be supporting.

I ordered a Riccar SupraLite R10E in November for a great price, super fast shipping and very happy with the ordering and communication process through the website. I had a second order in December for a replacement power cord after I accidentally ran over the cord and damaged it. Was happy to be able to order parts and got the replacement cord quickly. I'll be ordering bags and maintenance items in the future. Thank you!

A few weeks ago I posted a review in which I unfairly criticized the All About Vacuums company in the way a credit refund for some merchandise returned was handled. In reality, I was not totally informed about the complicated process with no fault of their own. At the time, I only new that it was difficult dealing with the financing company involved with the credit refund process. The process took more than two months to received my credit.
All About Vacuums is actually a reliant and honorable family owned company, which is dedicated to providing the best possible client service. I highly recommend how the sales personnel handle the different choices of products. My own experience purchasing a high quality Vacuum Cleaner was decided following Bill's advise based on what product would best serve our home needs. We highly recommend their on line service. I appreciate their help in resolving my case.

I am so unhappy with this company I bought what I thought was vacuum bags and they were filters un-opened and sent back for credit and they hit me with a 20 % fee which I did not know about, I will never buy from them again. Not a good company to work with.

I needed to find a good, HEPA quality vac for our Public Works Dept. and had done a lot of research to make sure I had the right machine for our applications. A few of us in our office, myself included, have respiratory issues (allergies, asthma, COPD, etc.) filtration efficiency was a critical factor. After calling AAV Warehouse to purchase a particular vac I'd picked out online, I spoke with Bob who, rightfully, guided me to a better quality, more durable machine with a higher HEPA efficiency ratingsthan the one I'd originally chosen for same amount of money (maybe a little less, in the long run). I am SO glad I took his recommendation and purchased the SEBO G4.
This dream-machine is everything I'd hoped for in a vac, and then some! My office has been through multiple machines over the last 17 years I've worked here. Without exception, everytime someone ran a vac, I end up closing my office door and stuffing towels underneath because of the residual dust, but those days are over thanks to Bob and Sebo. Even the porter who cleans our offices was shocked at the difference between the machine she used here, and the so-called "good" ones at City Hall and other departments that don't even compare to the Sebo. I sent a letter to our Facilities Mgr. this morning telling him how pleased we are with it and noting the obvious difference in cleaning quality AND air quality during/after use that everyone in this building recognized! I advised him to get one for every city department so our porter doesn't have to continue using substandard machines (or jeopardize her health). THANK YOU BOB for the excellent advice. You are a true professional. And thank you AAV staff for honoring my "can you wait a week to ship" request. Everything was well packaged and delivered as requested. Will absolutely purchase from you again and would recommend highly!!

All About Vacuums has fantastic customer service! I brought my vacuum to them for repair (one of the blowers wasn't blowing, that's the best way I can describe it). They checked it out by taking the whole vacuum apart. They couldn't find anything wrong and even ran it for two hours with no problem. Bob would not let me pay him bc he didn't find anything wrong. I was blown away. Who does that these days?! I would never buy a vacuum, or have one serviced, anywhere other than All About Vacuums. Thank you again Bob!
