So I can only give it 5 stars. I worked with the bank in Doylestown because I had to do some things in the USA - transfers and advice - after a death. This was new territory for me. All the employees were very, very friendly, listened to my problems and were able to help me very well. I had several consultations; The head of Bank I. Gushpit, who introduced me to the competent employee and helped me, deserves special mention. I don't understand the bad points that others have given. Thank you again to everyone. So I can only give it 5 stars. I worked with the bank in Doylestown, because I had to do some things in the USA - transfers and advice - after a death. BoA keeps closing branch locations (used to be two with 15 min of me) and I had to drive 30 min out of my way to make a transaction that I couldn’t handle at an ATM. The Doylestown location (next to Weiss) is now a “Customers Bank”.

If I could leave a zero star review, I would. I had a Bank of America check that i wanted to cash. Because I didn't have an account, and they couldn't scan it, they refused to cash the check. Stating they're cracking down on fraud, they wouldn't help me. A few months ago, another rep was able to do this with manager approval. It sounds to me like they couldn't be bothered unless I signed up for their bank. Don't waste your time here. Do yourself a favor and join a credit union.

I’m shocked with how unhelpful this location is. They will not help a small business be successful they only want to hit you with fees and tell you “it’s out of my hands”…..

Young lady at the teller window was lovely! And accurate! Very nice touch that a representative greets you at the door! Politely! Such an uncommon touch these days excepting for Walmart, god bless! Sigh! Verizon, et al, should take note !

Yes, I am one of those people that don’t like to leave reviews unless they are positive. But this one, really tested my beliefs. So, I thought about it for about 36 hours and thought others should know.First, all of the bad reviews are accurate as they are redundant in nature. Basically, everyone is saying the same thing. My issue is steeped in their lack of customer service, but has overtones of clear biases. Deborah Shultz was the Doylestown Branch manager (on duty) who chose not to honor a check that I wanted to deposit into my existing account. The check was made out to me and the owner of the loan that was taken out to purchase something from me. Not the best way to create a check, but that is the way his credit union does things. So, Corporate BOA said to just bring the person and have them endorse the check with me (in their presence) and it should be fine. Well, Debbie, who didn’t even ask for my account info, took one look at me and the “needed endorser” and said no. Now, had Debbie asked for my BOA account info she would have quickly realized that I am a Preferred Rewards Platinum Honors client. Enough said. I had more than enough to cover the check. But , she simply said no based on the only thing she could see…color. But she offered to add the “needed endorser” as a joint owner to my account. The account she never asked about…which is pretty much part of their greeting when you arrive at the bank. Yes…she said that to someone who isn’t my husband. Long story short, I took the check to my credit union (him in tow) and they honored the check immediately. Moral of this story, don’t assume the worst as you just lost one of your best customers since 1995.

Wonderful customer service! Nicest bank I've been to in 20 years. Thank you Abigail Blalock.

I went in to close my account due to the ridiculous fees and horrible customer service. I was told by Seema Khetawat She could not close my account due to a pending transaction. I advised the pending transaction amount is on your screen. Please deduct it from the account and close it out and give me the remaining balance. After she explained 4 more times (as if I didnt understand) that she couldn't close my account because of the pending transaction, I advised her for the 4th time that she could and I need to close my account right now please. 15 minutes later the account was closed and I had the balance in my pocket without further issue. Bank of America Doylestown demonstrated once again why I won't be doing business with them.

Please ignore the low 1.9 rating. It's 5.0 service. They've brought in new employees that are 100% working for your peace of mind. I ran into a billing issue, Krishna (one of the employees) helped me every step of the way & ended up getting my issue resolved the next day. Fast results & friendly service, I never write reviews. Krishna deserves to be praised for her customer service!

This is the worst most incompetent bank branch I’ve ever experienced. I made a moderately large deposit on Dec. 21, used my debit card to make the deposit and they put it in my daughter’s account. Manager is rude and not helpful. I was planning on transferring my IRA to BOA in January but I’m wondering if it’s just this branch that’s incompetent or the whole corporation. I’m glad they decided to put it in my daughters account and not a stranger’s. Will be changing branches to see if it is any better, if not will change banks. I would advise strongly not to go here.

I came in just a little bit ago and they were very prompt and helpful. They helped me quickly, showed me how to use the app to order checks, and waived a fee. It was the fastest and most helpful banking experience I’ve had in a long time. Thank you!

Horrible customer service at this Doylestown branch and haven't had such a bad experience like this in a while. I only came to this location because of other Bank Of America branch closures. I was waited on by a woman whose accent sounded like she was from eastern europe. Story short, she was very rude and dismissive. I had a simple request and she just pointed out how my paperwork/ID wasn't valid and shoved my paperwork back at me. She comes off snobby and arrogant and is one of those tyle of people who instead of actually trying to help you she looks for ways to send you out the door as quick as possible. I eventually came back and I overheard her again talking to another customer somewhat rudely. I'm never setting foot in this branch or another BOA again if I can help it.
