They are always available to help and make sure customers find what they need. The store is clean and well-organized, making it a pleasure to visit. Customers love the experience of feeling books and turning pages, and the staff are sweet and nice. The store has a great selection, including hard to find items, and customers can always find what they are looking for with ease.

Nothing like feeling books, turning the pages, scanning different titles along the bookshelves.. the staff are friendly, very helpful and were especially encouraging to my grandson in his selection options... Please stay available and open

Love it... It may be a corporate big box store, but it's always a good time. The only thing left in the mall besides the Movie theater. Bring back Borders Bookstore while were at it.

I’ve been lucky enough to visit many B+N’s; however, this one definitely stands out! The staff is SO friendly and the store itself has such a great selection (especially hard to find Lego sets)! Can’t wait to stop by again if I’m ever in the area :)
