My wife’s MiniCooper totally died and was towed into BBack.
BBack replaced the Alternator with an OEM ND/Denso and also replaced the battery with an ACDELCO AGM W a 3 year warranty.
In addition the pulley was replaced and the Serpentine belt. The car runs like new

The owner Kevin fills your engine with coolant that destroys it
If they put coolant in your car and it is now black your engine has been damaged by corrosion

The Bback team is fast, honest, and easy to work with. For the last 8 years they have kept my fleet and personal vehicles running from my new diesel trucks to old gas vehicles that need brake lines and sway bars.
If I could leave 10 stars I would, they always answer the phone and always work with me. They will do what they can to get you back on the road and back working.
I trust them to do what they need to do without asking, if it needs to be fixed they will fix it, if it needs new tires, they will put them on. I appreciate the transparency.

Went to B Back on a neighbor's recommendation. I was very pleased. I had a tricky electrical issue that took some time. Kevin figured it out luckily. They are family owned and really seem to care about the customer. They even text you updates on your vehicle. Very responsive. I wouldnt go anywhere else

Terrible communications.
I waited 2 weeks for an appointment and they took cancelled me last minute.
I'd rather pay more at a dealership.

A shout out to Kevin and staff at BBack Car Care. I was told I needed rear pads and drums replaced to pass inspection at a cost of almost $700. I went there today being hesitant with all the bad stories you hear about mechanics. Kevin said all I needed were the pads for inspection. He give me a fair price, almost have the cost which included the inspection sticker, plus he rotated my tires at no cost. He said my car would be ready by 11 and 11 it was. I found my go to mechanic. Thanks to Kevin and his staff.

I am hesitant to write this review because they are so good that it will get too busy once word gets out. Excellent communication, friendly, trust worthy, fair, patient with questions, and just flat out good people. Unless it is an absolute emergency, this is the only place I take my vehicles.

My car’s battery dies across the street. Kevin ended his lunch break early to walk to my car and jump it. They had my battery changed in less than 10 minutes from my call. Highly recommend.

Glad we finally found an honest and knowledgeable auto mechanic at a fair and honest price. Everyone that we dealt with at Bback was pleasant and helpful which was so nice and unfortunately, not easy to find anymore.
