BEWARE OF THIS ATM MACHINE! It tore my money and of course subsequently proceeded to reject it because of how damaged it was after. Completely unacceptable. I have to beg around town to get change in order to deposit my money now.

This location is the worst trust bank. I came today and my cousin went inside to handle some account issues and they had parking authority come to tell me to move my car and threatened me with a ticket! I told him my cousin is inside and he still told me he is giving me a ticket and was very rude.. he didn't talk to me when he seen me.. he just came up to my closed window and shouted things I couldn't hear and walked away. He only talked to me when i forced him to clarify what he is saying and only then was i even able to respond! I'll never become a member of this bank especially a business account!!! I really hope everyone avoids this trash bin!

I’ve been with TRUIST since they arrived here. I won’t say I’ve never been unhappy with the bank, but it was usually a response to me making an error or violating a ‘rule’.I use main office in Doylestown as my branch; TRUIST closed the one close to me. I visit the branch with a certain transaction once monthly. The tellers are always courteous. I always find them all to be kind, respectful & professional.I had a problem last year & the employees of that branch collated & copied months of statements for me with no hesitation. They helped me solve what could’ve been an expensive issue.

Never anyone to talk to about banking issues. No one returns calls. Terrible service. They simply don't care. I would give zero stars if it were possible. This is a large bank and should have good resources. I also have an account at Santander and they are courteous and always have someone available to speak with.

Pulled into the parking lot to meet someone and go into the bank together. I get off of my car and walk to look for them and a supposed employee immediately screams at me saying this is bank parking only. I say I’m looking for someone and she starts going off saying I was walking away while I’m on the phone trying to find my friend. Out of the whole parking lot, I was the only person singled out and also was the only person of a different skin tone. She continues about how she’s going to call parking authority and I reply to go ahead, I was literally waiting for someone before going in. She then proceeds to escalate saying she’s going to call the cops and starts to record me and my car. I have never been so discriminated against in my life and by an employee. Came here to post this and surprise, other reviews clearly discuss the same discrimination as well.

Barbara Peacher is the worst branch manager of them all at BB&T. I hate to say it but discrimination is what makes the whole company like bad.

By every measure, the worst bank I (and many others who used to bank at this location) have ever gotten stuck with after a merger, in this case with National Penn. It must also be a lousy place to work because the staff seems depressed or disinterested or careless. Aggressive fees for overdrafts that were caused by the bank's sketchy deposit-hold rules, mistakes, lack of tellers, wonky online integration with Quickbooks, "part-time" branch managers who are never there when you need them, don't call back, and don't even acknowledge emails... . Those are just some of the problems I know about. I can't think of a single good reason to have any accounts with BB&T, so I have moved two business and two personal accounts elsewhere.
