I can’t say enough about Lucy Chapman Hair and their stylist Grace. Both of my teenage girls and myself see Grace for cut and color and she always takes the time to find out exactly what we want. We are never disappointed!

Lucy Chapman’s Salon was recommended to me by a co-worker. Amanda was the stylist I was booked with and I could not be more pleased. I had requested the works: low lights, highlights, roots, cut and blow dry. Amanda was so attentive to what I was looking for. I could not be happier with the way my hair turned out. And it looks so healthy again! The salon is so pretty and comfortable. Everyone was so nice and accommodating. I have definitely found my new salon go-to!

Lucy is a true expert in her field and I always feels so welcomed walking into the salon, I can honestly say every time I walk out of there people compliment my hair! I cannot wait to be in her new salon space in September - and I’m throughly chuffed that I have had the honour to help design the space - you will have to pop in and see it in September!!

Lucy has been doing my hair for 10 years and she does a fantastic job! She is passionate about professional development and it shows up in her haircuts and colors. Their shampoo massages help ease any tension or headaches. The entire salon staff is warm and accommodating, and I always walk out of the salon feeling better than I did when I walked in.

While brushing my hair, they ripped my new piercing out of my ear and then it bled heavily. They gaslit me, saying that it was my fault for not mentioning I had an earring. I didn’t understand that they were actually at fault, until reflecting on the experience 3 years later. My ear had to heal for three months before I could get it re-pierced :( Once it was re-pierced, it healed warped.
