Rick was such a joy to work with during my visit to the store today. I went in seeking a gait analysis and he went above and beyond in explaining the root of my pain, how to run effectively, and get ready for my marathon. I walked out learning so much more about my training and my running style. He was never pushy, I had to tell him I was interested in purchasing and ended up talking for almost an hour. He was absolutely incredible and I’ll definitely be back!

I'm so happy to have found this store. I highly recommend it, especially if you're a runner struggling with any type of discomfort or injury. I went with the intent of buying new shoes due to chronic shin splints, but the owner Rick wasn't interested in a sale when he saw I already had good shoes. He talked to me at length about a new training plan that would help. I've been following his advice for a few weeks, and he's right! I did end up buying a pair of shoes for bad weather (which I love). Rick is an expert in his field. SHOP HERE!!

Had a bunch of questions about how to decide on my next pair of shoes and the staff was incredible in answering each one. Prices were the same as everywhere else so the added value of their expertise really set them apart from other places I have been.

I will start with this, I'm a foot and ankle doctor and runner. I love to talk about all things biomechanics, running shoes and running related stuff. This shop is the best ! The owner knows his stuff ! It's the only shop I buy my shoes from. In an era where folks read online reviews and buy shoes online I can honestly say they are short changing themselves from an amazing experience!

I brought my 90 year old mother in law in to get a good pair of sneakers. She has arthritic feet and very sensitive skin.We were told to try a pair they recommended that would be easier to get on and off. She has been so happy with her new shoes and I'm so thankful I brought her to the right place! They were so kind and helpful!

Bucks County Running Company is everything I've looked for in a running shoe consultation. I went in for a new pair of shoes, because I was having foot pain with my current pair. I brought my old running shoes with me and Rick (owner, I believer) immediately knew what was wrong just by looking at the west on my old pair. It was really impressive. He suggested three fantastic options and I was on my way! Thanks Rick! Also, price is competitive with Brooks website, Amazon, etc!!!

I bought New Balance Propel V2 today, and I am happy with their customer service. Owner Rick is a runner himself and understands the shoe industry. He listened to my running needs and my foot mechanics and brought out four pairs of shoes which I tried a couple of times. I spent a good part of the hour trying, walking, and running inside the shop to feel the shoes and eventually decided to buy these shoes.I highly recommend This place for the knowledgeable and no-pressure shopping experience. There is more than enough variety. I feel everywhere color choices are limited across the board due to supply issues, but they try their to accommodate all requests. I will back for my running shoes ? shopping.
