Ordered expedited shipping and never received package. Emailed them and after 5 days of no response, I called them. Was greeted with an attitude that the box never got back to them even though the UPS order said it was returned to them. Then they called back and told me they did have the box afterall. But after all of that, can't do any refund of the package that took 2x as long to come, the horrible customer service and no credit to the account to make up for it. As a business owner, I'm shocked at how they run their business, don't recommend at all. Not only that they lied about not getting the box back or just are incompetent, either or. Very frustrated as now I'm back ordered on candle orders and they had zero remorse.Looking back on it, I should have read the reviews before ordering from them - seems if they mess up an order they take no accountability, don't check their emails and just run a horrible business at this point. Bc those bad reviews go back YEARS. My mistake. There are a lot better vendors out there who actually care about their clientele.

My sister ordered fragrance oil from this company and the tracking shows that product is delivered with picture of package on the door except product is no where to be seen.She claimed at UPS and after a few days , a message came saying that case is closed with the same picture.She paid to Candlewic for the product and UPS for the delivery including tax but got nothing in return.

I have been a customer of Candlewic for many years. Their customer service has always been extremely helpful! I have tried several of their products from glass votives to molds and am especially fond of their Palm Wax. Below is a picture of a batch of pumpkin spice pillars! Making candles has been a passion since 9/11 ?????? I will be in soon...Thank you Candlewic!

The only reason they are being given 1 star is because of the fast shipping of some of my order. They stated on my shipping label that all bottles ordered were in the box but after opening and inspecting I found out they were not. I emailed multiple times within two weeks and never received a response. Finally I called them and was told it was because their "customer service email is an email that isn't used any more so it isn't checked". They made promises to replace the items that I wasn't shipped. For me to figure out which scents I wanted to have shipped in place of the missing items. I called back literally 1 hour later. While on the phone with another employee there who was trying to resolve the issue the original woman I spoke with was in the background and you could hear her loudly state "we don't have time to deal with his issue, we have bigger customers". That is ridiculous!! I was promised that the one bottle they missed, that mysteriously was in stock again all of sudden, would be shipped to me and the rest of my money would be reimbursed. Neither of those two promises have taken place. This is the last place I would order any candle scents from!

If you need a reliable vendor, this is not the store for you. We have ordered multiple scents that we wanted to use in our candles, but they don't keep the scents in stock and it can be weeks until they get them back in stock. Even if you order a scent and it is supposedly in stock, it can be a "false positive" inventory count on their website, or so I was told. Now I have to discontinue our most popular candle.

The business is set up more for wholesale then walk in and look around. The Apricot Coconut wax is the best in the US. Its out of stock most times. Stock up its worth it!. The new manager had me on the fence but she came thru! I'm not saying there perfect there, but either am I. If you pour candles Candle Wic is a good tool to have in your tool box.

I placed my order late on a Sunday night. Called Monday morning asking to pick up ASAP. The associate placed me on hold to call the warehouse and make sure my wicks were available and they were! Doreen at the warehouse got my order together in just one hour! On my arrival a gentleman even carried my heavy 50 pound boxes of wax to my car! This company is amazing and their customer service goes above and beyond! Will definitely be using them for years to come! I love their products and love being able to support a local business!

Extremely disappointing experience after shopping with them several times! It took a few days to get ahold of anybody. The women on the phone was extremely rude and unprofessional. All the other employees are usually very helpful, so this is really disappointing!

I absolutely love Candlewic. I've been ordering from them for years because they are conveniently located within pickup distance of where I live and have great products (and prices too!) Every single employee I've ever spoken to or met have been so incredibly nice. I think that speaks volumes for a company. They will continue to get my business.

I love, love, love Candlewic! The staff that work there are ALL so nice! I picked up a 50 lb box of wax and the awesome guy carried it out to my suv! Everytime I go the people are so freaking nice.
