You can't walk in and buy parts here.
You have to get an invoice from a dealer, have them order it, wait an hr. however, irrational femininity aside. Great dudes, and great service.

I ordered some parts online that were marked on clearance. They filled only 1 order, and cancelled all the rest. (10+ different parts ordered) I went and picked up the parts I ordered and was told the other parts weren't in stock, so they just cancelled them. After picking up only 2 of the parts I ordered , I browsed the store and saw several of the parts they claimed were not in stock sitting on the shelf. The employee at that point was on the phone and 2 customers had gotten in line, otherwise I would've liked an explanation. A week later I placed 2 more orders for clearance parts, and they cancelled them too.

I called on the phone, spoke to Tom. I was looking for a part for a 1969 Dodge Charger. I am quite sure he does not look up parts for those that often. He was very nice, clearly knew what is was looking for, it was in stock and when l told him I was on the way he said he would have it ready for me. A+ across the board.

Rude on the phone. Called for a part for a lifted van. Was questioned like I'm a moron. I'm actually quite a skilled mechanic. Just looking for someone who can measure a part. Thanks for your patronizing attitude. I won't be back.

What a god dam joke of a parts house. Try going online and putting together a simple oil change bundle. Every month out of stock, out of stock.oil filter out of stock... You do sell parts and oil rightt???right???? You don't have Fram 0w-20? The most used oil. Who runs this joke of a place??
