I had an excellent experience from start to finish. Tom and the team were top notch, and continously kept me updated on the status of my vehicle. And my car looks beautiful-like the accident never happened! I will highly recommend Carstar!

A tree fell on my hood as I was driving. You can see by the photos numerous small and large parts needed to be replaced. Paul and everyone put ALOT of hours and patience into the repair. They had a difficult time finding the exact replacements for a few parts but keep moving on. You can see the finished work. Better than new! I was told by my friends who had their car repaired at the NJ Beans Carstar that the workmanship is excellent. I can say the same. Thank you Paul, Christine, Michelle and all those behind the scenes for a wonderful job!

I had to take my Genesis gv80 to Fred Beans Carstar for some body repairs after getting hit from behind. My experience there was top notch! Total professionalism and service provided by everyone involved! They did a fantastic job fixing my vehicle! If ever needed again, would not hesitate one bit to use Carstar again! At the front desk you have 2 amazing girls. Michelle was awesome, funny and professional. Very knowledgeable in the automotive aspect as well as managing the front desk. And Christine was amazing too the next day when picking up my vehicle. Love the ginger look on you Christina.

When I met with the service rep, we discussed what was going to happen with the repairs and I mentioned that I needed the repair to be done on the day I drop it off so I can pick the truck up to use it the next day. I agreed to drop it off the night before so the work could start the next morning. The next day, I called at about 4PM and was told that they still needed to do the sensor sync from Ford and that Ford shuts that down at 4. So, I stated I needed the truck and was told there was no mention of that on the service request and my rep was on vacation. I told them I was coming to pick up the truck because I needed it to drive to work and we’d have to reschedule the sync. As I was on my way to pick up the truck, Carstar called me and explained that nothing has been completed on the truck. I was quite upset to hear this and asked how that was possible and was told they were busy and apologized to. When I picked up the truck, all my settings were gone, and my radio would not come on. I went in and let them know something was wrong and was told nothing was done to the truck at all. However, the 12v plug was opened in the cab so I know someone was in there doing something and probably connected some sort of diag to the truck. They ran some sort of config update and the radio started to work. **This is the second time I was lied to. I dropped the truck off the next night so they could work on it the following day. I received a call from Carstar telling me they broke the new mirror. At this point I was kind of numb and said I needed to pick up the truck because I was going away for the weekend and rescheduled service for the following week. FINALLY, when I dropped off the truck the third time, the repairs were successfully completed. Coincidentally, my tailgate would not go down and thought it had to do with them updating the truck, but it was determined to be something I had to take it to the dealer for a warranty repair.
