Central Books is a fantastic used book store, often described as a favorite and a true gem. It is housed in a cute little building with two floors and multiple rooms, effectively comprising two separate shops in one. The store is well curated and organized, featuring an impressive amount and excellent variety of books without being overwhelming. The selection includes both contemporary and much older titles, current and popular books, classics, and a nice array of categories for all ages and interests, including a noted collection of math books and a small seasonal section. The staff are consistently noted as super friendly, nice, and great, contributing to an overall great and relaxing experience. A key feature is the separate area for buying books, accessible through a little gate, where appointments can be made to trade in or purchase books. Prices are fantastic, with individual books often around $5, offering great deals on newer releases and unexpected finds. Customers love browsing the wide selection and frequently leave with bags full of books. With convenient parking out back, it is a highly recommended shop to stop by.
