Poor communication when booking the party. I was misinformed when all was confirmed, and Sarah, the manager, was rude. They are the clean-up in between pizza and cake. As the host, I should have been with the birthday party and not doing what I was paying for.

We celebrated my son bday and it was the blast. We were lucky to get great host-- Ana, thank you so much! You made our party easy going!!! Ana set up everything on time and was checking for us to make sure everyone having a good time and all is good.We were surprised that food was really good. Kids and adults could enjoy variety of pizza (even gluten free), wings, veggies.Facility got updated and was very clean with new games and more space for party.I would recommend to book party on weekday as we did. It was not crowded and it was absolute success!Thank you Ana and team

Overall, this is a spacious location with plenty of room to eat and play. I'm sad these days that the price for 30 minutes of play is $20. The kids don't even get as many tickets! There are a good amount of games for less than 6 year olds and tweens. They do cater to both groups. The staff is always enough but never exceptional the few times I have gone. With so many activity options, the price point and how long my kids stay entertained here, I think hard before coming.

Hosted my son's birthday party here and it was such an amazing time. The kids were so excited for unlimited game play. Cards were preloaded with 2 hours of unlimited games. The coolest part was the time on the card did not start until the card was swiped at the machine. This means when one of your guests shows up late they are not missing out on the experience. You can even pause the card when you eat! Most of the games were in working condition and only a few were out of service. Only downside was that It was very crowded with other birthday parties but this is not necessary the facilities fault. The ticket blaster was an awesome experience for my son. I will bring my children back for some more video gaming.

Lots of kids here, sometimes crowded, but overall atmosphere and food remains professional, but sometimes may be unorganized or even slow service time.

It's okay. Place is clean. Staff is friendly when you can find someone. Typically no one is available when you need help. I have spent 15 minutes waiting to buy time at the counter due to no one being there to pay.

Food isn't good as it was before. The staff are young kids trying to make some money but aren't proactive to help the customers.

We had a great experience at Chuck E Cheese with our nephews. All the staff were very helpful and the place was very clean. The pizza combos were a decent value and everyone enjoyed the pizza, especially the stuffed crust. We did the all you can play cards, and we liked the fact that you can pause the time while we took a break to eat. We'll be coming back again, the kids had a blast.Kid-friendliness: Great place for kids

We had my daughter's birthday there. A little disappointed. Our helper/server was probably a new guy. He wasn't sure about pizzas, food... he was playing/flirting with another girl who works in this place. Pizza for the kids came first and the rest of the food 10-15 min late. He forgot about goodie bags and cups for the kids.Unorganized.

My family hasn't been to a Chuck E Cheese in forever. Last time we went to the Langhorne location they still had ball pits and the animatronic band. I missed those today at the re-modeled Chuck E in Warrington PA. This location has been newly remodeled and I figure there are some fresh new employees because some of them seemed a little confused. Seemed like they were a little short on help. It wasn't overly busy. However, it was a fun time. The coupons for the pizza and the game cards provided a generous discount from the regular prices. The place was clean, the pizza was good (We didn't have it but the salad bar looked really appetizing) and the kids really loved the games. The scan cards were great. I left with a yummy fluffy bag of cotton candy. I am looking forward to going back soon.

November 2023 by Joclyn Jester
In the realm of family entertainment centers, Chuck E. Cheese has consistently been a front-runner. Their recent renovation, completed in November 2023, is a testament to their commitment to innovation and family enjoyment. As a parent of children aged nine and eleven, I found the new Chuck E. Cheese to be a remarkable blend of fun for both adults and children. One of the highlights is the interactive floor mat designed for children. This immersive gaming experience uniquely combines physical activity with digital entertainment, providing a dynamic and engaging way for kids to play. Moreover, the range of games available caters to a diverse age group. My children and I found the games equally enjoyable, indicative of Chuck E. Cheese’s thoughtful curation of their gaming options to appeal across generations. Additionally, there is a dedicated area for younger kids, ensuring that families with children of varying ages can all find suitable entertainment.A significant change in the venue is the replacement of the robotic Chuck E. Cheese characters with costumed performers. This transition has introduced a more interactive and lively dimension to the character experience, making it more enjoyable and relatable for children.Regarding the pricing, at $25 per person for an hour of play, it might seem steep at first glance. However, when compared to other entertainment venues, this rate is quite competitive, especially considering the quality and variety of experiences offered.Overall, Chuck E. Cheese’s renovation has successfully enhanced its appeal as a family entertainment center. The updates in gaming, character interaction, and overall experience make it a venue that both children and adults can enjoy, offering good value in today’s entertainment landscape.
