if I could give this store a zero I would. The people who work there just do not seem to care about helping you, especially if a call or text comes in. Ridiculous because the back is always dirty, if they put their phones down for one second and went to the back to clean up for paying customers as least the ambiance would not be so crappy. The bathroom smells and needs to be cleaned more than once a day but that would mean someone getting off their phones and actually doing some work. Oh and finally, if you make a mistake on an order the response should be, "I am so sorry, lets get that fixed right away for you." Instead of silence and a dumb look and then looking at their phone again, seriously happened. Good job manager you must be proud of this store.

Best Starbucks location. A commercial business but a staple of our incredible small town.

The bathroom has a pad lock (which is fine... made me think they're concerned about people misusing the bathroom which can lead to filth) but this bathroom is horrendous. Smells so musty and it's filthy. Also, out of toilet seat covers and barely any toilet paper. Here are some photos to show that I mean. They need a maintenance person working here. Makes you think about the cleanliness of the kitchen...

Avoid the Starbucks store at Main Street Doiylestown, PA . The Homeless and drug addicts that frequent the place are placed above the paying customers. And never voice your complaint to the Store Manager about the crude Homeless that hit on you for money and / or free stuff. The Store Manger will kick you out for saying anything that may offend those. Yes, even if you are a ferequent 'paying ' customer who minds thier own business. I have encounterd spent syringe needles on the floor. The rest room is used as a bath house by the homeless and other types looking for free handouts. There are more Customer Friendly places in Downtown Doylestown. Take your business to them.

I went to the Starbucks by staples in doylestown with my friend we went through the drive thru and we did a mobile order and we headed over and they said we should have waited before going through for our mobile order even tho they weren't busy and it was no problem at all. It was very rude service.

I do like this location. Nice building. Good customer service. The only complaint I have is the outside balcony. Dirty waste baskets and the cement needs power washing every night due to the high volume of people who sit and walk on it.

Nasty help. I stepped inside the door while putting my mask on and suddenly i hear this girl scream PUT YOUR MASK ON!!. Terrible extremists. I will not be back . You have to give a person the chance to put on the mask as you walk in the door. Also place is dirty and maybe they should be more concerned about spreading germs to others. Not a nice place to grab a cup. Go elsewhere!

I'll be honest as a regular to this starbucks, and many of the others in the area, this one is my least favorite. This starbucks is filthy, inside and out, i understand when is busy there is no time to do a quick clean up, but i've seen this place dead sometimes and it looks so unpleasant. Inside the store the counters and pick up tables are always so sticky, i hate pick up my drink and my hand feels sticky after i pick up my drink. I can get past the filthiness if only I got the proper "Starbucks experience", but I can't even get that from this store. The workers from the moment I walk in are sometimes on their phones or just not paying attention. There has been a few times where I got attitude from the workers to, I know no one likes to work retail but i don't need the attitude. The one time they messed up my order they took the cup without apologizing and then finished the drink and put on the counter without calling it. There has been times to where they just simply forget my food order and I have to wait longer than other people. Again, I understand when they are busy but this has happen to me on a steady day. From my personal experience, I have also seen that they dislike the children that show up in that store specially the teenagers. I thought Starbucks treats all the customers the same. I can keep going about how the workers, of all things, are worst thing about this starbucks experience. So I'll just sum it up, -The workers, rude -The managers, disrespectful -The environment, very unfriendly solution: hire new people.

Honestly this is my least favorite Starbucks to go to. It's always crowded, doesn't ever really seem clean and there is always so much staff there and sure on busy days they're needed to keep up with all of the customers, but otherwise they just converse with each other the whole time they're making drinks and barely stop to announce your beverages. I also hate their beverage pickup spot, it's so small and I can never tell which drinks are mine or if they're for pickup. They need a better system in place because I don't have as many problems at other locations with the confusion over drinks. I also ordered a white chocolate mocha the last time I was there and it was sooo bad. That's not the first time I've had bad drinks from this location specifically. Not sure why they are always missing the mark. I do have some good experiences but those are usually few and far between and I'll opt to go to a less crowded and cleaner starbucks.

This has got to be the run-down and grungiest Starbucks I have even seen. The place always seems dirty. The furniture has seen better days. The bathrooms are old, dinghy and messy. I've seen nicer truck stop restrooms. The only highlight is the presence of real artwork on the walls. Hopefully someone from SB HQ is on this. Please s*** this one down for some much needed renovations.

They're SUPER busy today but are easily cranking out the drink orders. The product is good but this staff is great! Keep it up!

Nothing wrong with the actual business, just Too many townies loitering outside. They creep me out. Constantly cops hanging out and people drinking liquor and smoking the devil's lettuce outside WITHOUT EVEN BUYING A DRINK from Starbucks It makes me consider driving the WHOLE EXTRA 5 MINUTES to the drive thru Starbucks just to avoid all the lunatics because I fear for my life. One time I was walking around town late at night and I was new to the area and someone in the Starbucks parking lot asked if I wanted to trip on HALLUCINATION DRUGS and I had to run. They chased after me with a knife but I got away and hid behind a parked car. Since it was night time they didn't see me. I was safe. For now....

I usually don't leave comment to Starbucks but this location is so lovely I actually went there twice in an afternoon....the building itself looks interesting enough but the inside's even better! It's the coziest Starbucks I've even been to. It got a fireplace and soft leather sofa. It's not overly crowded and the staffs were very friendly. I didn't want to leave!

I ordered a refresher and a tea, and was served with a poor attitude and short conversation. No 'Hi, how are you?' or 'Welcome in!'. The cashier was looking everywhere but at us, and barely smiled or said much. I don't expect someone's life story or a bible verse when I order my coffee, but at least be friendly at the place you're working at. Other than that, drinks came up quickly and tasted great. Very spacious, lots of seating (indoors and outdoors) and it seems to be popular. I haven't been here in 10 years or so, it was nice to see it again.
