When I tell you I'm frustrated... this would be an understatement. I've been on hold (as I am typing this review) for over 30 minutes and no one has answered. I don't know who is responsible for this, but it's awful. I have half a mind to change where I get my prescriptions entirely.

I don't think I have ever seen a group of retail employees in the pharmacy at this CVS who give less of a damn about customer service or the needs of people filling prescriptions. Forget about trying to get through on the phone, because they simply don't answer in person, expect to wait and no one is helpful.

I had no issues today but I did NOT use the pharmacy - just ran in and out to get some supplies. Asked a female worker to help locate items and she was very kind. Used self check out. No issues.
