I went in to buy a sale item mentioned in their weekly ad. It was buy one at regular price,get the second 40% off. The sales lady rang up both items at full price. I showed her the weekly ad on the CVS app, and she started to argue with me,saying the ad was for next week. That is a lie because you can no longer see the next weekly ad anymore. Either by incompetence or by deception; this CVS store is not honoring the company's sale prices. I went to another CVS store and I received the discount. Don't trust this store if you want to buy items on sale.

Shop at the Doylestown Swamp Road cvs, Convenience is always there, prices are good, The man who helped me Saturday July 19 at 8 AM, I bought a supplement, the staff member told me it’s buy one get 1 50% off but The tag was not on the shelf just yet, so I picked up a second one at 50% offcoupons are fantastic, it's nice to save money when shopping, this will always be my Cvs

the WORST experience I ever had in my life. The check out guy was nice at first until his RUDE manager came out the back and started disrespecting not only me but him as well. After that it seemed as though the check out guy just did not want to deal with helping me even though i was simply trying to buy a few gift cards, and ended up WALKING AWAY in the middle of my transaction. I’ve really never had an experience like this in my life.

The Pharmacy closes for lunch from 1:30 to 2:00. Exactly. And they don't budge.
Store inventory is often low.
Use the CVS on South Main Street. It even has a drive thru window.

As a valued CVS member I have never been treated so poorly by the lady with the long blue nails who worked at the pharmacy. It appeared that I was irritating her when I asked questions regarding availability of an item and the hospitality was terrible and racist I’ve never had this kind of experience. I’ll stay back in Philly never Doylestown again!

I’ve consistently chosen this location for its convenience, though my experiences with customer service have often been disappointing. During my recent visit, I encountered yet another situation that left me frustrated.
A young lady was initially assisting me, and while she seemed new, I appreciated her willingness to help and engaged in conversation with her. However, another staff member, a blonde woman without an ID badge, joined in abruptly. She was extremely dismissive, not giving me an opportunity to speak. After obtaining my information, she told me, quite rudely, to “step back” so I could wait until they were ready to assist me.
As I moved aside, I noticed her speaking about me, which was unsettling. I told her, politely, that kindness is essential, but she responded by shaking her head and smiling in a disrespectful manner. When I offered for the gentleman behind me to go ahead, she repeated, loudly, that I needed to “get in line” and wait. The way she addressed me in front of other customers felt unprofessional and disheartening.
Fortunately, the young woman assisting me was polite and apologized sincerely, which I appreciated. I reassured her that she was not the issue, but the other staff member’s conduct left a poor impression.
Afterward, I spoke with the front desk about reaching out to the store manager to share my experience, as I believe feedback like this can help improve service for future customers.

The pharmacy staff is so unfriendly. I joke that I should wear an ear-tag with my birthday on it like a cow because you’re treated like cattle. “Name” “Date of Birth” - They never smile or say anything as simple as “Good afternoon” or “How ya doing?” and they have trouble finding my prescription almost every time I come in, which is every 2 weeks. They close for lunch and then get annoyed when there’s a line formed when they reopen. I gave them two stars because they are one of a few pharmacies who always have my medicine. They only deserve one star.

Very rude. I returned to the counter to tell the cashier that he overcharged me on an item. He tells me the prices have gone up. I said you didn't charge me the advertised price. He said, the real price is higher. The advertised price, is the price. Just saying that prices go up, isn't reason to justify false advertising. Last time I go there.

I’ve never had a good experience at this location. Extremely rude and disorganized pharmacy techs. Literally no other CVS treats customers this poorly.

Not a fan of their pharmacy. Customer service and being polite ... it's not their thing. They talk about customers with other customers within ear shot (not cool). I believe the head pharmacist (a woman 'center stage') is the least happy there -- and it shows. Taking my pharmacy needs elsewhere.

Terrible Terrible Terrible costumer service !!! Pharmacy people who work there have this attitude and unwilling to help you! Even when the supervisor came , she is nasty!!3 times I had my parents going there and they never got help with their prescriptions.I had to go there and explain every little thing to this supervisor in order for my parents to get the medications. For a simple refill, we then , had to come for the 4th time to pick it up the next day!!! She said we can’t have it ready for you today unfortunately!! Horrible…It was all done on purpose due to her unexplainable reason!!I do not recommend this pharmacy unless you have no other choice.. these are miserable people.
