It's a good CVS store that is well stocked and is generally clean. The pharmacy is typically busy with knowledgeable staff that are always helpful. I've been coming here for years - ever since it was opened. Prices are good and you can find a good bargain if you use the app and look for coupons or sales.

So I went to CVS thinking I was just gonna grab some snacks and maybe vibe by the cough drops or whatever. But no. CVS had other plans. From the second I walked in, I was attacked by fluorescent lights, the smell of expired vitamins, and a cashier who looked like they were about to quit mid-scan.
So me and my friend are browsing the candy aisle, right? His grampy’s with us, and he’s like, “Ooo Werther’s Original,” which should’ve been the first red flag. Man pops a hard candy in his mouth like it’s no big deal. Two seconds later, he starts choking, then flops to the floor like a fish at a seafood market. 😳
I’m screaming, people are freaking out HE HAD A SEIZURE! What do the CVS employees do? NOTHING. One of them literally yelled at him like “Sir you can’t lay there!” as if he CHOSE to go full seizure mode on the tile floor. Like bro, he’s fighting for his life, not doing yoga.
Eventually, some random customer with a Target bag called 911 because the CVS staff was acting like NPCs in a broken video game. Paramedics showed up, saved Grampy (legend), and he survived, but he will probably never eat a hard candy again. And honestly, I get it.
So yeah. CVS gave my friend’s grampy a near-death experience, yelled at him while he flopped like a Magikarp, and didn’t even offer a coupon after. 0/10. I’m never going back unless I want danger, drama, and discounted lotion.

My cousin, Hans Kirsne, came here with a few of my brothers, his grampy, and I. While we were here his grampy found a candy on the floor and consumed it because he was hungry and there were no senior or veterans' discounts for anything! He later fell ill with SEVERE phenylketonuria and had a seizure. While he was flopping around on the floor like a fish the lady at the cash register said we needed to get out and bring him with us. She was an incompetent specimen and deserves forty lashes. Hans, I am sorry for your grampy.

Kicked out somebody’s grampy for having a heart attack, pretty ironic for a pharmacy.

Rude cashier at front of store, never acknowledged me, I told her I was there to pick up an order, again she just gave me a nasty look, told her my name , she scans my order, never asked for my ID, she still said nothing, just drops bag on the counter. I asked if there was a receipt, she gives me an annoyed look and says no, no receipt you are all set. The shift supervisor’s response when I politely told her about the experience said that the cashier hadn’t eaten in 8 hours and they all had a bad morning. I told her while I can sympathize with all of that, it’s not the rest of the customers who came in after the fact that was the reason they all had a bad morning and that it’s no reason to be rude and ignore people and give them nasty looks and make their shopping there miserable. This location is going downhill, not shopping there again.

Review for CVS – S. Main Street, Doylestown
Customer service at this location has been inconsistent for over a year, but unfortunately, it seems to be steadily declining. Today, I stopped in to pick up a prescription and was disappointed once again by the lack of courtesy and professionalism.
There was one person at the counseling window, one car at the drive-thru, three customers at the island, and no one actively at the main counter when I approached. The staff member abruptly shouted, “I CAN TAKE THE NEXT PERSON!”—with no greeting or acknowledgment. When I stepped forward, she immediately demanded, “LAST NAME. DATE OF BIRTH,” without a single polite phrase or tone.
I mentioned I was picking up three prescriptions. She bluntly responded, “There is only one,” and made no effort to look further or offer assistance in checking for the others. There was no conversation, no attempt to be helpful—just short, clipped commands. At checkout, she barked, “SIGN THE PAD!” again with no pleasantries or basic customer courtesy. The transaction ended without even a “thank you” or any closing acknowledgment.
With so many options now available—from online pharmacies to in-store services at Target and grocery chains—you’d expect CVS to prioritize customer experience. Unfortunately, this visit reflects a serious lack of care and training in customer interaction. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and improvements are made.

Terrible. The entire pharmacy closes at lunch time (when many people have time to pick up their prescriptions). There were many people standing in a line before 2 p.m., just waiting for the locked down pharmacy windows to reopen. I just wasted a bunch of time and CVS lost a customer for good.

Was able to fill an Rx VERY quickly, while I waited. Had 3 CVS gift cards saved to Google wallet and was able to use them without a problem (clerk thought I couldn't use them on an Rx, but someone helped her do it). This was the 2nd CVS I went to because the 1st one was just about to close and then found out they didn't have the med in stock. So glad they called the other very local store to confirm they had in stock and sent me on my way! Thanks CVS!
