It’s hard to find clean and working car wash locations like this one. The wands are working and in good condition. I have used this car spa several times especially during warm months when my kayak rack prevents automated ones. Recently the bay I used didn’t accept my credit card so I moved to a different one but concerned I might be double billed. I called the phone number on the sign and the owner contacted me the next day! He assured me I wouldn’t be double charged.

I went here on Tuesday only because I work in Doylestown, I typically go to the one near my house. I pulled up to vacuum my car, pulled out all my mats, put my only 2$ in, and the vacuum had no suction. I put everything back and moved to a different one... I had to use my card since I was out of cash. The suction was so bad even on the 2nd one, and it charged my card $25. No signs anywhere about this. This was 4 days ago and it is still a $25 charge. I called the owner about the 2.00 I wasted on the other vacuum and he never returned my call. Essentially I spent $27.00 for a really crappy vacuum. Never again

How do you charge a credit card $10 for 4:19 mins when a quartered wash is a dollar a minute?? Change machine works half- the- time. Total rip off.

Not a bad set up to wash your own vehicle. Card payment is very misleading. Says 3$ deposit minimum, then charges your card a minimum 25$ been waiting over 5 days now for the charge to adjust itself. 25$, for a 9.75$ use. Should put a sign up to better elaborate on the card read minimum charge so it doesn’t surprise someone. Hopefully I’ll receive what I am owed.

I’ve lived here for nearly 20 years and I’ve never seen this car wash in such disrepair. Every time I visit there is at least one bay out of order. The bays that do work are often out of soap. Almost every high pressure wand leaks. The vacuums are either full or broken with little or no suction. Doylestown deserves better than this.

Their machines don’t accept cards, apple/google pay and the car wash doesn’t offer many options. It seems the owner is not interested in upgrading the business. You’ll find plenty of more modern and better car wash facilities nearby.

After fighting with card reader for a good 5min , it finally accepted my card. Went to wash and had absolutely no water pressure. I stopped the wash and received a $25 hold on my card for 1 min of use. Similar issue with card reader months prior. Took almost 2wks before money was released back on my card. It’s in a great location and super convenient for me. I just wish the payment method was better and more up to date.

I do give props to the guy running this place as he’s definitely trying to keep it nice and probably upgrade it slowly but if I’m being honest it’s really just not that good when compared to a modern Shammy Shine self service. It’s the only self service in the heart of Doylestown where I work so I kinda have to use it. I’m there almost 4 to 5 times a month and 40% of the time there’s an issue somewhere. Leaking hoses, knobs missing from the selector, etc. My biggest gripe is that the quality of soap and water itself is just really terrible. I’m guessing it’s hard water since it constantly leaves water spots. There’s always some soap mixed in with the “high pressure rinse” which leaves soap scum on the car. There’s no air dryer. It’s just so far off from today’s standard. But again, I realize it’s not a huge corp and just a guy trying his best to keep it working for the borough and I appreciate it for getting the bird poop off my paint nonetheless haha

Have never once had a problem here. Always take my truck and trailer here to get them clean. The credit card readers are convenient too because I never carry cash or coins anymore. Owner is a great guy as well!

Seemed to work just fine. It too about $5 or five minutes for me to properly wash my car. Either I need to figure out how to work faster or three minutes is just a little too short.
Everything worked as intended. So no problem there. The water and the foaming brushed worked when selected. Car is clean. I will remember to bring my own drying clothes next time. I have them at my home.

Great business with excellent customer service! This local business is a prime example of how a company should be run. We called them let them know we had a small issue with one of the machines and they responded immediately.
The owner couldn't have been nicer and rectified the situation right away. We highly recommend them and look forward to continuing to use their services.
