I found that the doctor seemed more interested in getting me in and out, rather than addressing my problems. I was there for 3 things that were bothering me and the doctor would only listen to one. Even then, he offered no real help and even contradicted what I could show him what was happening. I know a lot of people praise him but I was extremely disappointed.

I brought my 4 year old to Dr. Stiefel and he ended up need a tonsillectomy, adenoidectomy and a 3rd set of ear tubes. Dr. Stiefel as well as the entire staff in the office as well as at Doylestown Hospital was amazing. Recovery was exactly how he explained. We were nervous going with an office that was not solely pediatrics however we are so happy we went with Pinnacle ENT. I would absolutely recommend Dr. Stiefel to anyone looking for an ENT.

I fell on a raised sidewalk and the ER recommended Dr. Mark Stiefel at Pinnacle ENT. I made an appointment and saw him yesterday. He was so basic. He didn’t seem to care about me or my feelings. I have a broken nose, I have a bad concussion, nausea, headaches and dizziness. I told him I had been to the GI doctor the day before and she asked me to have him check my ear crystals. He dismissed that ask by another doctor and said he thinks it’s from my concussion. He couldn’t wait to leave the office and move on. I found him lazy and dismissive towards me and another doctors request. He didn’t ask me about any of my medical history or issues. I couldn’t believe the way I felt leaving his office. I have seen so many doctors over the years and it’s so rare to be treated this way. Dr. Stiefel made me feel like I wasted his time. I then went to a neurologist and they gave me the contact information for other ENT doctors.

There are a lot of mixed reviews here and I can see why. My first impression of this office was that their staff was extremely rude/unprofessional and that Dr. Stiefel seemed to have a strange bedside manner. Unfortunately, I kept getting terrible, recurring sinus infections so I had to go to this office about once a month. At one point…when things weren’t improving… I thought about getting a second opinion but let me tell you… I AM SO GLAD I DIDN’T.Once you really get to know the office staff, they’re great people! I think they’re just swamped…which is a good problem to have in todays world. Is it an excuse to act the way they do? No. First impressions are everything…but give them a chance and they’ll show you their true colors. As for Dr. Stiefel…he turned out to be truly amazing and I am so thankful for doctors like him! His bedside manner may have been a little rough in the beginning but we worked on communication with what was going to happen, when, and how much pain I should anticipate and that helped tremendously. To keep my story short, I was on monthly antibiotics for these recurring infections. Sometimes they would work and sometimes they wouldn’t and always gave me terrible side effects. One day, I told myself enough is enough. I have a two year old daughter and need to feel good to take care of her and be the best mom I can be….and so I opted for surgery. The morning of surgery, I had my worst infection yet. I felt so unbelievably sick and nervous about the possible side effects but I went in anyway, hoping for a good outcome. I knew the surgery wasn’t a guarantee but it was a chance at a healthy life that I was willing to take. After surgery, we quickly realized that it didn’t work. Although the surgery itself didn’t work, I was now able to use a preventative method of powder antibiotics in my saline rinse that I wasn’t able to use prior to the surgery. We tried mupirocin, which didn’t work. I almost gave up hope and then Dr. Stiefel prescribed a stronger antibiotic, gentomycin. I have been on the gentomycin for three months now with absolutely no issues!!!Dr. Stiefel really deserves more stars than what these people have given him. He answered every single one of my calls, addressed every question and concern I had. I never ever felt rushed in his office. And at the end of the day, most doctors would have given up on me after the failed surgery. Dr. Stiefel never gave up and I am so thankful for Doctors and people like him.

Totally knows his stuff. Found I had been misdiagnosed many years ago & sent me in the right direction for care.

Really bad costumer service. They have to learn how to be polite with patients

Dr. Stiefel was remarkably interruptive, unempathetic and even accusatory toward me during our unnecessarily brief office visit with laryngoscopy today. He knows his way around an endoscope but I believe he’s lost the soul of his profession.

My wife went to her 11 AM appointment which was confirmed on Friday and was told that they’re sorry that they have to reschedule because the appointment was at 10:40. So the office made a mistake and confirmed a 11 o’clock appointment and told my wife and her appointment was at 11o’clock and they made her go home after driving an hour to get there and taking off of work. The receptionist was rude and did not have any empathy whatsoever from my wife who also happen to have her two-year-old son with her.

I’ve had issues with my sinuses my entire 30 years until I started working with Dr. Stiefel. He is great at listening to my concerns and quick to find a solution.

My husband and I each had a procedure done by Dr. Steifel and we both got amazing positive results. He is professional, knowledgeable and pleasant.
