The office staff were very friendly and helpful. Dr. Stiefel was very professional assessing my problem and developing a treatment plan. He took the time to explain everything in detail and answered my questions. He also did call me back with the lab result. I would highly recommend this doctor.

I saw the doctor September 2022 and had a hearing test. I first met with the doctor, then had the hearing test. I was given the original copy of the test from the receptionist but nobody ever went over it with me. If I missed that step I think they should have called me. Yesterday I called for an appointment. I told the person I was talking to, Chris, about my first experience and was hoping for a better one this time. She was totally unprofessional arguing with me about my first visit and would not stop. Finally she said we can see you in about 2 months. I called another place, explained my situation and got an appointment in a few days.

Very good doctor with great skills in helping resolve my chronic and worsening breathing and sinus problems. Found his manner and attentiveness to my needs and his follow-up and availability to be excellent.
