I needed to access a sizable storage unit fast to make my elderly parents new apartment liveable - (downsizing is difficult)! Morris, who facilitated my reservation and multiple idiosyncratic glitches along the way , was courteous, patient and persistent. He worked with me to get the best deal and best space for my needs.
The facility seems well maintained and secure. It will serve my family well. I am very pleased thus far. Thank you!

I had a wonderful experience with Extra Space Storage at this location. I was hesitant to rent a space and heard negative things from others about places but Morris, the manager, was a professional through and through and made the process very easy. He answered my questions and even return my call from the colleague after hours when he was available. If he is the face and point person for this company they are in good hands.

Morris was fabulous to work with! The first introduction was a friendly phone call that explained the booking as well as the pricing. He gave us a thorough tour, waited and was patient while we set up the app, and he made the whole experience easy. We also were able to see how secure the facility is and clean! I think Morris made all the difference being that he has excellent communication and customer service skills, and is Super friendly and polite. Thank you so much for taking the time to walk us through the procedure from beginning to end and for waiting while we took the time to complete the process.

It was very easy and only took five to ten minutes to rent the storage unit online. Then I went to the Doylestown location and met the site manager, Morris. He was so helpful and a true gentleman. He personally showed me where my unit was and how everything works. I would highly recommend the Broad Street/Doylestown location for your storage needs.
