Went here to get a passport renewal/name change. Did it all beforehand online, which was very easy. Printed everything out and brought further documentation needed and the employee was extremely unhelpful. He said he didn’t know how to do it and when I asked him any questions, he didn’t have answers. I asked if anyone else could help or have more experience he said no, that they don’t do it often. Even though their website clearly states they do passports. It was extremely frustrating, no one knows how to do their jobs anymore.

I ordered a 2025 graduation yard sign through the Doylestown FedEx Office Print & Ship Center on Monday and just picked it up today (Wednesday) for significantly less than other yard sign vendors. A great experience all around. The quick turnaround for the price was a deal!

I have tried multiple times to just speak with someone ar this location however the auto voice attendant doesn't allow for it. Extremely frustrating.

The only location where a certain associate rudely asks what is in every package you are shipping. I have shipped at many locations that do not do this. It is understandable that if a package looks suspicious, to ask what is inside, but get a life. its not your business.

Ram was very rude and very inconsiderate when I was trying to ship a package. He proceeded to carlessly pack and tape the box. I had to do it myself due to his carelessness.

I just had a package delivered for me at Fedex and my experience was great!! The atmosphere in the store was welcoming, Brett who helped me was very nice and my package will deliver before Christmas! Thanks Fedex Doylestown !!

I was at this location for passport photo after I had left the CVS S Main Street due to the rude and bad attitude of the members of staff there.
I decided to try FedEx for passport photos for the 1st time.
Brett attended to me . He was so nice and respectful. too. He did a great job. I will sure return to this location for other needs.

I came here to send my Canadian passport application and the manager was able to assist me. He said he does one a month so he’s confident he knows what he’s doing. I paid a picture fee, and next day shipping fee so my total was well over $100. Well, my passport got rejected due to flash on the photo and the passport place didn’t believe it was taken by a professional so they needed more credentials. I took the application back showing that nothing was my fault - I did the application correctly, fedex just took the picture wrong. They didn’t compensate me or refund me or even reship my document for free. They did waive the $8 photo fee but I’m just confused why they don’t know how to send in a Canadian passport application when they speak so confidently of their abilities. I’m still waiting for my second application to see if it goes through but I’m very dissatisfied in this locations abilities to deliver.
