The service team I was involved with were noted to be very courteous, knowledgeable and very efficient in attending to my vehicles problems during its recent service visit. Though the cost of the parts and labor for the repairs shocked me initially the charges are consistent with what other area dealerships charge. Here’s hoping it was a long lasting repair!

Recently bought my car through this team and I have nothing but great things to say! From Brian K. our salesman, to Hunter R. one of the managers on staff, to Brian the financial advisor, we had a wonderful experience from start to finish. Brian K. was great with helping us find a car that fit our lifestyle and our budget. Hunter was exceptional, from checking in with us throughout the process, to ensuring our used car was in tiptop working order before handing us the keys. Lastly, Brian the financial advisor was thorough and reassuring when it came to our payments and coverage. I cannot say enough good things about the care and attention I received from this team and I look forward to working with them again in the (hopefully far) future!

This was the first time I exercised my $1,500 "upsale" option to have parking lot damage repaired. Or so my wife and I thought the option covered. When I brought the truck in I was told that one super thin surface scratch did not qualify for the purchased option and I had to pay for it. I felt betrayed. So I am looking for the contract, which I will post on a Google Review and post what I was told vs what is in the contract. To Fred Beans credit, Bill Pytleski called me to discuss my disappointment. He had the contract and said that I was covered for dents, but not scratches. Perception and expectations need to be managed. I will blame both myself and the salesman. My wife and I do not feel they were as we heard "Any parking lot damage ". So I will also advise that any potential customers really understand the upsale with 100% clarity to prevent the TERRIBLE taste in my mouth which resulted from this experience . Four stars because the periodic/maintenance service was acceptable.
