Test drove and purchased a very good quality car at a good price slightly discounted. The sales person was very accommodating and helpful in moving the sales financing, registration, final paperwork and preparations along quickly and smoothly. Very pleased with our first experience here.

Bought a Cadillac CT5 from Fred Beans in Doylestown, PA around end of Sept. 2025. The sales person was professional and courteous, and I was satisfied with the transaction. Move forward 2 months and I still do not have title, registration or tag. Since my temp tag had expired and they didn't call me about any issues, I called them. Turns out that the forms were being held because my DE DMV wanted another form from the dealer. If I hadn't of called, nobody would have known. So I go get the form and have DE DMV sign off on it and send it to FBC. Move forward another month, now 3 months from sale, still no title, tag, or registration for a car that I bought from FBC and am making payments on. Really dropping the ball.

Drove 8 hours to pick up my 2026 cadillac escalade esv. The staff stayed in contact with me during my travels, had the paperwork and car ready to go when I arrived. Everyone i dealt with was kind and knowledgeable. No pushy salesman. They listened to all of my wants and made sure the car I was getting checked all the boxes. I've bought several vehicles over the years and this was by far the best overall experience I've had.

I recently bought a car from Fred Beans Cadillac in Doylestown, and it was a terrible experience. The sales team was more focused on making a deal than helping me, and the finance department tried to overcharge me with unclear terms. Once the sale was complete, they showed no interest in customer care or follow-up. It felt like they only wanted to take my money and didn’t care about me as a customer. I would not recommend this dealership.

This is Lynn Peterson, I just want everyone to know that I have been to several Cadillac dealerships for service. But there is only one that I know will never let me down and that's Fred Beans in Doylestown PA. This is my second Cadillac Escalade that I have took to Fred Bean's service department. Very trust worthy company, the kindness of the staff is outstanding. The service is phenomenal and professional. The location is a distance for me but trust and believe when I tell you it's well worth the drive. Thank you Fred Bean's for all your service's. You always give me a positive feeling that they're still good people out there who care about others well-being and personal assets.

If I could give a zero, I would. Well, I sent an email on the interest in a vehicle. After providing my information and asking for out the door price before driving two hours to check the vehicle out, as well as multiple calls to salesman, this male salesman, whom I rather not embarrass, laughed at my wife and I about our offer. My wife nor I are no idiots and are appalled by being laughed at. What a poor operation and shoddy business. Keep you SUV, and may you join other dealerships that go under.

The staff at Fred Beans Cadillac were very knowledgeable, friendly, and accommodating. They didn’t try to sell me any unnecessary work like I’ve experienced before at other dealerships nor did they try to rush me in any part of the process.
