16 months to get in a part............ told same day install but three days later they still had my car for a fuel neck. Was told "let's do it Monday!" when i scheduled, email I got said Tuesday...... Asked for an oil change and tire rotation, you didn't do either of them. I am so disappointed and will buy any other car elsewhere. Pep Boys does better than you

I brought my car in to have frame inspected since there was a lot of rust (this is on an 2017 Equinox and 3 mechanics prior to this expressed concerned that there was so much rust on a relatively young car - under 100k miles too). They did a complete inspection and brought me a laundry list of things that needed repair to the tune of $6000+ which didn't even INCLUDE the issue I brought the car in for. For that I was told they couldn't fix and couldn't even recommend a body shop to take it to. Not to mention that one of the items listed, an oil change, had just been done on the car a week earlier at another shop which leads me to believe that you would put anything down on list to make a sale. I will NEVER bring my car back here again and will definitely be letting my friends and relatives NOT to ever bring their cars to any Fred Bean dealerships if this is how you work. Disgusting way to do business and you should be ashamed. I am sure you won't be publishing this comment although I do give permission as I think the public needs to know how you do business.

Our 2017 Chevy Silverado is immaculate and well taken care of, with 110k miles. We purchased the truck from Fred Beans after we moved out to Doylestown. My husband’s family has owned garages and are were mechanics, so my husband knows what needs to be done. Many of the minor things my husband does himself. When the car needed the annual inspection, he asked if he made an appointment at 7:30 could it be ready by 11:30 am and was told yes (unless he had additional work done). By 10 am they messaged him that they failed 4 items saying they needed to be replaced - ALL of which were recently replaced by my husband. When he questioned them over the phone he was told that they just go by the mileage on the odometer (WHAT!!!???). They said they were finishing up the paper work. That was at 10 am. It is now 3:30 and they still aren’t ready with the vehicle. This is the last time we bring the car there and will never purchase from Fred Beans again.

I went in for a simple oil change, they decided to do an "inspection" that i did not agree to, and then tried to hit me with a number of over priced, un-needed work and framed it as critical. And upon completion, charged me $80 MORE for the oil change then any of the other local Chevy dealerships would charge.

I had my 2015 Buick Encore in for service and was dealing with Chris Ofner. I got to say, that is one honest and very cool guy to deal with. They figured out the problem on my car and got it rectified superfast at a fair price. That's a rare thing these days. It was very much appreciated. I definitely will be bringing my car back there for inspections and service. Thanks Chris!

I brought my 2015 Chevy Cruze here for inspection. Before bringing it in only 3 of my 4 tire pressure sensors worked but I didn't mind because I got a general sense of my tire pressure. They rotated my tires and as a result none of them worked anymore. I called them after I realized and they said for $150 they would fix it. Honestly this is extremely pathetic customer service. At least get the 3 working again for no charge since that's how I brought the car in. They refused to fix it. Don't put anymore money into Fred Beans pocket!

I was immediately greeted with kindness and respect from Alexis. Being a 23 year old girl looking for a new car it was refreshing to work with her.She worked to the best of her knowledge to answer all the questions I had along the long process of purchasing the 2024 Chevy trax.Thank you to everyone on the Fred Beans Chevrolet team for their kindness and support.

Process was ok. Salesperson was very knowledgeable about vehicle but felt he was more interested in just completing the transaction quickly than anything else. Items I specifically said I wasn’t interested in (I.e., coverage plan, extended warranty) were included in the sales contract and item I specifically said I wanted (side rails) weren’t ordered immediately. Was more interested in locking down the sale, apparently, than really listening to what I was saying.

Horrible horrible service. The technician was very rude, condescending, and unhelpful. I'm truly astounded by the service i had here and shocked as to how they stay open and keep customers. I came in for an oil change and have been having issues with my engine since i went. I'm questioning whether they even put the right oil into my car. The service says they will refill all other fluids in my car which they did not do, on top of the horrible disrespect i felt from the technician on my car. They tried to overcharge me compared to rates posted online. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place at all costs. Go somewhere that cares. They clearly do not here.

From start to finish, The Fred Beans Chevy was absolutely fantastic. From the moment I walked in, Alison my salesperson was top rate, then to the finance manager who also was great. I can't say enough good things about my experience at the dealership!!

Purchased a CPO vehicle from Fred Beans Chevy in Doylestown in Sept-2022. Just took it in for an oil change and they sent me a bill for (hope you are sitting down) OVER $4,000. That includes 2 things that are covered under the bumper to bumper & powertrain warranty (water pump and strut) which THEY TRIED TO CHARGE ME FOR!!!Then a host of nonsense services that were literally just done when the car was prepped to be a Certified Pre-Owned car. Unbelievable. What a terrible service experience.I had to file a claim with corporate to get the 3 warranty items to be covered as they should have been from the start.Be very wary!!! God help people who come here and don't understand cars or their warranty. They will take you to the cleaners.

Do you love being ripped off for service? Oh boy then I have a great place for you... Fred Beans Chevy in Doylestown.I purchased a CPO vehicle from these guys in late 2022 so it's still very much under warranty. However you wouldn't know it by dealing with their service department.Went in for a "free" oil change that comes with purchasing the vehicle. However shortly after dropping it off, they let me know that it needs a lot of work... to the tune of OVER $4,000! So they wanted to redo nearly all the same services that they performed to CPO the vehicle for sale and then the kicker on top of that was they wanted to charge me for 2 things that are covered under the bumper to bumper & powertrain warranty (the water pump and a leaking strut). They claimed both were not covered under warranty since they are "wear items".I ended up having to file a claim with GM corporate for their attempt to swindle me in order for them to fix the 2 items that are under warranty. And then told them that I do not want any parts of the other crap they put on the list of "repairs".Be very wary!!! God help people who come here and don't understand cars or their warranty. They will take you to the cleaners.
