Helped a friend purchase a pre owned Audi Q5 from Fred Beans Genesis. This was a trade in vehicle with only 4k miles. The entire staff was professional and knowledgeable. From the the sales rep Anthony, the manager Louis and finally the finance person Jessica. They were all a pleasure to deal with and made my friend and I so comfortable throughout the buying process. No pressure. A fair price and total professionalism. We live over an hour from that dealership but would drive back in a heartbeat when ready to purchase again. Thank you everyone at Fred Beans

Great car buying experience. Kyle H worked with me to get the perfect gv80 in my driveway. Busy place on a Saturday but they are pretty early staffed. Mike was helpful as well and helped me get oriented with my car. Looking forward to years of Ownership and service at Besns Genesis.

Conlin went out of his way to resolve an issue with my car that the manufacturer would not cover under warranty. He had the shop resolve the problem at minimal cost to me vs buying the part new from the OEM.

Just finished service on my 2024 Genesis G80.
I had routine service done -state inspection, oil change ,cabin filter, and tire rotation.
I stayed while the service was completed .
Harley was my service adviser .
She was very professional and told me it would take an hour and a half and the work was done on time .
All the staff were very friendly and courteous.
I would highly recommend Genesis of Doylestown .

We had contacted multiple Genesis dealers but received proper questions from this dealer with proper quotation. Also, Anthony Duckett (my initial contact person) was very diligent to answer all questions. Then, we set up a meeting with Kevin Lubben as Anthony was out of office. Keven was also awesome to get the cars ready, how and compared the difference to help decision making. After choosing the model we liked to lease, John at accounting dept helped us with seamless process with his expertise sharing personal stories and joy of thankful mind how we are blessed to have this type of high end and wonderful cars. In overall, I strongly recommend this dealer for Hyundai and Genesis.

Chip was extremely helpful in our purchase experience with Genesis of Doylestown. He did go out of his way to secure the exact vehicle we were looking for. Follow up is another aspect that we appreciated to insure we were satisfied with our purchase and if there was any assistance he could be in our orientation with the vehicle.
