Edit** I do not recommend this dealership because of my experience with Kyle Hill. His email communications were plain rude and unprofessional. Not a single greeting or regard. I asked him if he has a few minutes to talk and his last email straight up said “we don’t have the vehicle” and that is it. Nothing else. I would like to eventually purchase GV70 but I can guarantee it will not be from this dealer because of Kyle. I felt disrespected and felt like he did not care about gaining my business at all. Please keep this review in consideration as well as other reviews that say they feel like the good reviews are bought.

Rodger the finance manager at Doylestown Hyundai helped us buy out my car!! He was super friendly and worked with us on the cost of the extras!! He was so awesome. I would recommend anyone see Rodger for all your finance needs at doylestown Hyundai!!

Since the pandemic car buying has been an absolute mess with no real end in site. Yes, the prices are still inflated on used cars but let's face it, this may also be the new normal.Despite that, we found selection and great customer service with this dealership and in particular, Robert Bass. I've been shopping for cars for decades and know all the tips and tricks along the way. Robert has been an amazing part of this process for us and we can't recommend him and the Fred beans dealership in Doylestown enough. It's rare that you can say that you can actually try trust not just one sales person but also the attitude of the entire organization. This was our first time working with Fred Beans and we are now definitely impressed.It's hard to know what is hubris and what is actual praise from a dealership and their customers. As a broadcast journalist of many years and one who did a lot of economic reporting, it's not often that I can say positive and trustworthy things about a car dealership. Rob was honest, patient, and a great listener throughout the two week decision process and communication was great, and the final deal worked well for us..... period.We asked a ton of questions during the research phase of the car buying process, including the depth of the treads on the tires and many questions about the work being done to restore the vehicle before sale. They provided everything and never blinked an eye at our request. That's when we knew we could trust them.

Christine was a very pleasant and professional car sales person. Everything that was stated on line and what Christine told us prior to visiting the dealership was correct and accurate. We did get a good deal on the vehicle and are very pleased with it.After purchasing the vehicle we had to wait a while till it was detailed and ready to go. But that is understandable by seeing how busy the dealership was on a Saturday.

Kyle and the whole team here were fantastic. Answered all my questions and worked with me to find what I wanted after multiple visits. They also followed up with me to make sure I was satisfied and didn't have any questions (was a ten year car upgrade so lots of new features I had no idea how to use). Thanks again!

When I say Fred Beans Hyundai is the best in the business that's an understatement. I've bought 5 cars at their location, and everything is always top notch. When I recently purchased my 5th car I was not happy overall with the car itself and nothing could change the fact that I wanted my old car back (which I of course had purchased there.) And for no other reason than being a class act they let me have my old car back after 5 days. I can't even express my pleasure in what they did. I have to thank the entire professional staff at Fred Beans Hyundai of Doylestown.Thank You! Jeff S

My salesman kyle Hill was excellent he was very friendly and helpful. The finance manager Scott Herman went over all the details of my payments he was very knowledgeable. Finally, Kevin who went over all the details of the technology inside vehicle was friendly and enormously helpful. I want to thank these three which made my purchase such a nonstressful experience..

I bought a new car today and I’ve never had a better experience! Tyler was our salesman and he was absolutely wonderful. He was very accommodating and truly tried his best to get me to that perfect price. John the financial manager also played a huge part in my experience and was also very knowledgeable and understanding. I will definitely be referring Fred Beans Hyundai to my friends and family! Kyle Hill was professional, knowledgeable, and patient. He was clear and straightforward. There were no questions we had that he could not answer, even after we drove away in our new vehicle. He was patient, and gave us time and privacy when we needed it. Negations were reasonable and respectful, and working with him was very easy.

Worst service ever. Husband has bought and serviced his Hyundai's with them for years. Never again. They don't honor their warranties. They don't correctly document what has been done with the car to put a claim in for the warranty. We have taken the vehicle back no fewer than three times in as many months. Each time we leave the vehicle there. Husband had to rent a car to get back and forth to work. Doylestown is not close to us. Wasted time, money, and gas. They are giving us the run around and offer no helpful solutions other than to keep bringing the car in again and again. For what??? For them to not document their findings?? So eventually car will be out of warranty and we will have to pay for expensive repairs??? I don't think so. Perhaps it's time to have consumer advocates get involved.

This is the worst and most predatory and unprofessional car dealership I've ever been to in my life. they harassed my wife unprompted and when we complained the manager just takes "kyle's" side. so looking at all the yelp reviews from all the Fred beans, it seems that harassment and insane business practices are taught and rewarded. I think the reason they sent out the email about "giving us an aggressive offer on a crap car" that we got conned on and never once said we blamed them for even though KYLE was accusing my wife of doing just that via text for about an hour, Im guessing that sales are terrible right now since they're just a con job now that the newer car dealers with better practices have come around, so they're just saying screw it let's just screw every customer and try to rob them for every penny. I honestly can't believe there hasn't been a class action lawsuit or harassment suit to date and believe me Ive seen the other review sites and can say that they're definitey buying good reviews on all the main Google searches it's the oldest trick in the book I bet when Paul and Kyle are cackling over conning someone they're making fake profiles and laughing about how they screwed over so many people.

This dealership has had my car for weeks to replace an emissions part that is clearly covered under The Federal Emissions Warranty and Defect Law. They refuse to accept that and will not answer my calls or email. Their service is sub par at best. I know this is not how Fred Beans wants to run his business but he needs to know how terrible it is. They do not know the law.

We had a great experience at this location. George was the salesman we worked with and he was very kind and helpful. I would recommend this dealer to anyone. I purchased a car after my lease expired and this dealer did not add any additional fees or charges. I originally went to a different dealer and was told there would be lots of additional fees but we didn’t encounter any of that at this dealer.
