Worst company ever . Employees are allowed to lie and disrespect customers. Fred beans cooperate too reports and no one ever contacted me . I have videos and witness that this company doesn’t care anything about customers. I made a police report against an employee, u think anyone contacted me ? No please stay away from this company, also I had took a 2025 Kia sorento to service for the same issue 4 times , on top of that my transmission went and service rep and gm are both liers and frauds . I can’t believe this company is still in business. Owner needs to contact me. I have so much proof that can the owner would love to see . But let’s see if he’s responsive.

I highly recommend Fred C at Fred beans ford in doylestown! This is our 2nd ford purchase in 3 months. Both times we had Fred C. He is a great young salesman. Hard working and eager to please. Fred Beans should consider him an asset to the company.

Fred Beans always comes through when I need parts for my shop!! Anthony, parts sales rep is awesome and always answers my questions. This guy always gets my parts and keeps me updated if anything is on back order!! My go to guys right here!!

I saw a Ford Expedition on their site and made an appointment to come see it. Since the dealer is almost an hour from me I called to confirm right before I got on the road. The sales clerk Bette Ann says yes its right there on the lot. So I head over. When I arrive to the sales desk the clerk grabs a file with my name and a sales man hears him mention my name and approaches to introduce himself and takes me outside to show me the vehicle I can to see. When we get outside he says "sorry that was sold". You could see in his face and voice that he was uncomfortable deceiving me. Fred Beans forces his sales staff to lie to clients to get them in the door. They did the same thing to me 3 years ago when my daughter was searching for a car. We call before we leave, they say the vehicle is there, then we arrive they tell us it just sold in the 50 minutes it took us to get there. Despite the fact that there are no customers to be seen. I even asked them this time to take me back to finance and show me the sale transpiring. The manager didn't know what to say and just stammered until I stormed out. Since then I've called twice to speak with a manager, but all 5 are too busy to talk to me today. I don't recommend to even consider shopping here.

I was locked out of my car due to key fob battery dead and keys were locked inside. I called the 800 number on my Honda window. I did not have road side assistance and paid for the vehicle to be unlocked. To my surprise The service that pulled in was the bucks county towing team associated with triple A and fred beans. The gentleman was so kind to me and gentle with my car. My car could not be unlocked with door lock due to the button position but the tech was smart enough to push the start button inside my car which allowed for my car power to start and the window went down. Luckily I was home and not in a hurry or danger but the service took less than 5 min. additionally, there was no damage to my car and door seal either.Thank youRenee
