I really do have to give this dealership 5 stars for the service they gave. I had purchased a car from them that worked and operated just fine with no issues. However after a few weeks of driving it I realized that I simply did not enjoy driving it and it was not the car for me. The dealership worked with me for a retail value for value exchange of anything on their lot. I am very pleased with the level of service I have received from this dealership and the free beans auto group in general.

My sales experience was flawless and I was in and out of the dealership in less than an hour. My only gripe is there is a very small chip in the windshield that needs repair. Don’t feel it’s right for me to repair it

We had a great experience purchasing a certified pre-owned Nissan Sentra from Fred Beans Nissan in Doylestown for our son. I travelled over an hour to check out the vehicle and make the purchase. Kyle our sales person was great. I appreciate they were transparent with the price and fees. No hidden costs! Something we had experienced with other dealerships. When they delivered the car to us it was pristine! Looks brand new. My son is very happy. Thank you Kyle and Fred Beans Nissan!

Buying a car can be stressful - this was definitely one of my best experiences yet. Kevin Ciresa was great to work with, as was his manager Corey. They communicated via text, email and phone as if it was one seamless conversation. I'm 2 hours away, so I had to trust them to honestly and accurately evaluate the car for me - which they did perfectly! If you need a car - reach out to Kevin and expect good service.

I recently had my car inspected and new tires installed. My experience with this service department was excellent from start to finish! Easy to set up appointment online. The technician called and reviewed info. He was friendly and very knowledgeable. I did not feel like I was trying to be sold services I didn’t need. Very professional! I will drive a few extra miles to use this service department from now on!!

Overall great experience. Service rep David was very friendly and helpful. Lead mechanic came out as well to provide expert knowledge on Nissan transmissions and services needed. Building and service area, including the shop area were clean. Great work from their team. Will definitely return for future service.

Everybody at Fred Beans Nissan, especially Kammy and Corey, was so nice and knowledgeable about our new Armada purchase. We traveled over three hours to make this deal, and would do it again!
