I stopped in to the service department to schedule my 60-120k mile service. EVERYONE was so helpful: service writer, parts, cashier, and a mechanic (Tom)... helped me above & beyond with several trivial things that were not working correctly on my 2017 Forester, purchased elsewhere. Without an appointment, without paying a dime..they just HELPED! I was not expecting them to fix anything today... But they did with kindness, and good humor! They really made me feel like my car will be in good hands for this upcoming BIG service. And, a future purchase. Thanks!

Today I had my Subaru Forrester’s 12,000 mile check up. It was the easiest process. I got a loader car, and I was lucky enough to get the exact same car that I have. Every employee I interacted with, couldn’t have been nicer. They were so accommodating and even found me an online Coupon when we decided to add emissions and inspection onto the service. By doing so, they also saved me another trip there in the future. I’m very lucky to have found Fred Beans’s Subaru.

We were extremely pleased with our service. Matt Falk went above and beyond and we appreciated his efforts. The work on our vehicle was done promptly and efficiently. We stopped going to a different Subaru dealership after feeling they weren’t being honest so we are very happy to have found a Subaru dealership we can trust for service.

This was one of the most stress free experiences. I was unhappy that we needed to replace a car that was totaled in an accident and want sure how this would all go but Ray Whitehouse was my hero today. Could not recommend him more. Also, big thanks to Maria for the financing help. Both of them were professional but I also felt their heart. Everyone at this location has always been so helpful and human and not that icky sales feeling other places can have.
