Long story short, thru their efforts we were able to recover the entire cost of the new roof that we needed as well as the “hold back” charge which the insurance company initially reserves from paying out till later, if at all. Needless to say, we are very pleased and grateful for Guardian’s service and highly recommend engaging their representation in dealing with the insurance industry.”
