I won’t say I’ve never been unhappy with the bank, but it was usually a response to me making an error or violating a ‘rule’.I use main office in Doylestown as my branch; TRUIST closed the one close to me. I visit the branch with a certain transaction once monthly. The tellers are always courteous. I always find them all to be kind, respectful & professional.I had a problem last year & the employees of that branch collated & copied months of statements for me with no hesitation. “I've been a customer of this bank since 1998, starting at the Levittown branch. They are the absolute best. They know who I am, they are always polite and helpful and there are no ridiculous fees like other banks. I've never been unhappy with their service and that's actually saying a lot for me, I'd say I have pretty high standards. They are just good people and they have always worked hard to help me when I needed it. I opened this account when I was 17. My husband also opened an account with his local bank at 17 which was NBT, then it was KNBT, then it was National Penn, later it was BB&T and now Sun Trust or whatever it is?? For him it changes hands all the time and when it does he's getting charged for services that were free when he signed on, and getting charged fees that never existed before. None of this has ever happened to me here! After 22 years I have confidence this Bank is here to stay, they've actually told me they won't sell, which is really reassuring. And they really are the best bank. I lived in the Lehigh Valley for a decade and never had to change banks. They worked with me to keep me as a customer.”

She is very professional and put my mind at ease concerning my issue that it would be fixed.
