Just went there to sell a diamond and a few old chains. They offered me a very fair price, which I accepted, and I was in and out of there pretty quickly. We also discussed potentially selling a watch I had, and their prices seem very good. So, basically, great deals and great customer service - I'd highly recommend

Went in to try and sell Engelhard 10 oz and Scottsdale 10oz Silver Bars. The girl at the counter weighs them and offers $9 an oz after calling her boss and talking to him in Russian while the current spot price is $15 an oz. I ended up selling them at $12.5 an oz at First Pennsylvania Precious Metals up the road. I also didn't see any real jewelry in any of their cases.
