I recently visited key bank at the Doylestown branch on Farm Lane.My teller Samantha Nunn was very friendly and helpful. Watching in line how she gave attention to every detail, made sure the customer was satisfied before going on to the next one.The inside gave me a warm country bank feeling, along with the beautiful wood beams that gave it a Elegance look to itLocation was beautiful and Quiet,close enough to Doylestown main Street, far enough away from trafficI will surely go back again, very positive experience

Since joining Key Bank it has been nothing but a positive experience. The staff is extremely helpful and informative when it comes to answering all of my questions about how to handle my finances/open up accounts. They offer extremely competetive rates, so moving my doe to Key was a no brainer! Very satisfied customer here.

This is my favorite Key Bank to use for my businesses ( My Philly Handyman and Property Management) , the manager is knowledgeable and goes out of her way to be helpful. She has helped many of my neighbors get their businesses optimized through her banking tools with merchant services and fraud prevention . They always have friendly staff and I love that they offer snacks.

Horrible bank. Employees are clearly not educated on bank policies because one employee says one thing one day, and another says something completely different on a different day. The woman we dealt with was very rude, had no concerns about helping to fix the situation that was caused by their business.

The customer service is terrible. Richard Brown won't doesn't even return emails for questions. I've never put up a review in my life, but this is the absolute worst customer service of a bank I've ever seen.
