Pleased with the service.
We chose the smallest unit and when we filled it up there was room for only one person to step inside it. Decided to make a change.. Went to the next size. Now we can see where something is that we
need to take out. Very pleased that they had a larger one available when we needed it. Thank you Storage Sense !

Prices are comparable to other local storage facilities. They had a great promotional deal with a discounted rate for the 1st three months. The 1st month included some extra charges that were only due at the start of the contract. Love that it doesn't close until 10pm. My only complaint is that I haven't been able to find a dumpster or any trash receptacles. You need to hold onto your garbage and throw it away after you leave. However, I haven't seen any trash and the facilities are very clean.

A small issue in getting started navigating through the online registration system. Could not gain entry into the storage area without getting help from an employee. Worked fine after that. Space and area were clean and well kept. Door to the facility were a little difficult to open (type of latch and age). Other a very good experience.
