It took a year, what with Covid and supply chain issues, but Paul hung in there with us and the repairs to the fire damage is now complete. Very professional.

Our building caught fire and had a lot of damage. These guys were here all day helping us out and making sure we had running water and heat back on before leaving for the day. It’s dark out and they are still here to help. They did a great job and were super nice and helpful throughout everything that happened. Thanks Mammoth!!Services: Water removal

I had a water damage caused by meter braking. Ed Hall from Mammoth responded quickly . He found water leaking into a room that I had checked and didn't see. He set up his gear and dried everything and made sure there was no wet areas where mold could grow. I don't want anymore leaks but if I get any I will definitely contact Ed Hall.

Skilled labor ain’t cheap and cheap labor ain’t skilled! These guys couldn’t change a light bulb correctly if they were trying to save their own lives.

Ryan Strohm was the general manager, he was nice as well as the workers. Job was In Doylestown, PA. Basement flooded due to sump pump failing. Mammoth/Ryan came out very quickly to access the flood damage. Once the actual work began things started to go downhill. Workers did remove the flooring, did place equipment to mitigate the water damage, cut some drywall, remove doors and remove SOME damaged furniture. Despite being friendly, the workers were never punctual, they gave off the vibe of disliking their job and complained about work frequently while on the job. Ryan would tell me repeatedly from the start, whatever I wanted done would get done. When the workers would show up, they would act as if they had no idea. Was almost as if they have zero communication with their boss which I doubt is the case. Per doing research and talking with my insurance company, Mammoth used beyond the amount of fans, equipment, etc. that was actually needed. I was warned this is how companies try to get a higher bill. Main issue is Ryan told me they would remove 3 last pieces of furniture but the one worker that showed up told me on the last day they would not be doing it (the opposite of what Ryan told me the whole experience). All I ever ask is for a company to be punctual, have good communication, do the work and BE HONEST. If you can’t follow those 4 basic things then I wont use you again, recommend you or give you a good review. Called Ryan several times to discuss things and he has not answered or called me back since the last day the workers packed up… funny how now he doesn’t respond but during the job he would answer my calls after the 2nd ring. Looking forward to receiving the bill. If you see this Ryan, still waiting on your call.Service: Flood cleanup

Insisted the flooring was waterproof, it was not. Can’t even get a replacement because it’s discontinued because it was purchased in bad faith my mammoth knowing it was discontinued. Workmanship was shoddy. They strung me along for over a year letting me think they were going to take care of this mess. They out right lied to me repeatedly. Do not let these people in your house.

Our initial contact with Mammoth Restauration was with Corey, but he left a couple of young irresponsible, careless, lazy, inexperience guys in charge, Emir as a Supervisor and Bruno as his next one in charge of directing the job at our home. We did not see Emir, the supervisor for the next two days and Bruno was in charge until things got out of control. During the first cleaning day, Bruno left the cleaning crew by themselves in our property. They did nothing but fooling around, leaving empty cans of soda all around the house, and did not do a very effective cleaning job at all. We found them alone in the property twice while Bruno was doing other jobs. They even used some of our cleaning supplies and drank our sodas. They broke many items and attempted to cover up the damage. We found several items missing and literally we needed to purchase them again in order to complete some projects around the house. They even transfer the soot contamination from inside the house to the back of the house by leaving the shades on top of our grill. Mammoth did give us a couple of gift cards but they could not cover all the missing and or damage item.We complained to Bruno, about the lack of professionalism of the cleaning crew and he got upset, they were literally bossing him around. What can we say about Mammoth Restauration - Doylestown? Their lack of organization, work ethic, responsibility and common sense is galactically mindless. Our advice to you is to stay away from them.Service: Fire damage cleanup & repair

I have only recently signed up and the actual restoration has not begun, but Manny and Wayne took a personal interest in the job. The service that did the demolition removed my only toilet and refused to put it back! Manny the Project Manager immediately called one of his men (Wayne to meet at our home and reinstalled the toilet efficiently. Why? Because they cared? That simple act meant the world to us. Can’t wait till they do the restoration! I know it will be quality workmanship.Services: Water damage cleanup

Mammoth restoration is a great help to me as an Insurance Agent, especially when we have a large fire or water loss to one of our clients. Mammouth (Paul in my case) contacts our client right away to help, and gets to their home right away. Makes the homeowner feel much better, knowing that they have help with their disaster. Mammouth Restoration is a group of wonderful people, very caring & compassionate.

My experience with Mammoth was excellent - from the first customer service representative I spoke with to Andre, the technician who supported us with the water removal and drying required. Andre was excellent - patiently explaining the various steps, keeping us updated along the way, and ensuring everything was done to the highest quality. While I hope not to have to call Mammoth very often, I absolutely recommend them and would use their services again.

Mammoth employees did an excellent job with everything. There contents team packed out my mother's entire house and packed back her house and she did NOT find one item that was broken or damaged. Everyone was working hard, on time, and friendly. Mammoths mitigation team also did a great job cleaning the walls and duct work. Here are some of the people I remember that were a big part of fixing a big problem.Justin RupertJacob HaunStephanie WoodJenna JacksonDougJoshRandyJesusThere are many more. I would recommend mammoth restoration to anyone who may need work done by a restoration company.
